During our recent stay, we had the absolute pleasure of interacting with Hamza Slaoui, the manager at Courtyard Marriott Casablanca Downtown. Hamza was extremely professional, helpful, and kind, making every interaction memorable. He genuinely took care of all our needs and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. His genuine, caring nature and hard work were evident in every interaction. We were so impressed with his dedication and attention to detail. We highly recommend that all guests seek out Hamza Slaoui for any assistance. His exceptional service truly made our stay special, and we can't wait to see him again on our next visit. Thank you, Hamza, for everything!

Un bon début avec une marge de progression J'ai récemment séjourné au Courtyard Marriott Casablanca, qui a ouvert il y a une semaine. Globalement, mon expérience a été positive, notamment grâce au personnel d'entretien ménager, qui a été exceptionnellement attentif. L'hôtel est moderne et bien entretenu, offrant un environnement confortable. Cependant, un aspect a été décevant : la disponibilité des bouteilles d'eau. J'ai demandé deux bouteilles supplémentaires et j'ai été surpris de devoir payer 49 MAD pour chacune. Cela a été très trompeur, surtout qu'aucune eau gratuite n'était disponible lors de mon arrivée et de mon départ. Pour pallier ce manque, je suis allé acheter un pack d'eau dans un magasin voisin au même prix et j'ai dû en laisser la plupart derrière moi. Offrir des bouteilles d'eau gratuites serait une amélioration simple mais essentielle. Malgré ce problème, le Courtyard Marriott Casablanca a un grand potentiel. J'espère qu'ils résoudront ce problème rapidement pour devenir un choix de premier ordre pour les visiteurs de Casablanca.

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique à l'hôtel Courtyard à Casablanca ! L'établissement offre un service impeccable, des chambres luxueuses et une ambiance chaleureuse. Les installations sont modernes et bien entretenue , et le personnel est attentionné et professionnel.
