Harbourview Hotel

I was genuinely impressed by the hotel and its overall ambiance. The property has a charming, coastal elegance that gave me beautiful Brighton vibes, making the stay feel both relaxing and memorable. The room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, with a bathtub that added an extra touch of luxury. The staff also provided everything I needed throughout my stay. While I found the service to be somewhat reserved and less accommodating than I had expected, I understand that this may simply be a difference in culture and hospitality style. Aside from that, I had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained, peaceful, and comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was having the pool almost entirely to myself, which made the experience feel especially private and relaxing. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I would happily consider returning in the future.

We booked this hotel for a staycation. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool. The room is also instagrammable. However, there was a strong smell inside when we arrived. The bathroom door is also hard to close and the toilet bowl is a bit broken. The water keeps on flowing when the flush button doesn’t bounce up. It will also be better if they have complete amenities, like shower cap, lotion and cotton buds that we can use. The shampoo and conditioner are also bad. Our hair was tangled and hard after using them.

It was a joyful and memorable 1 night stay with a smooth check in procedure assisted by the Front desk staff, Exor, who was quite professional handling the busy time of our check in and was still able to attend to all of our needs efficiently. Mikael and Gary from concierge did a great job assisting us. We are very happy to be assisted by nice and warm people. My friend and I had a wonderful time, the room was very nice and clean. The location is good and some tourist spots are near, with a bus stop beside the hotel and a taxi stand just outside of the hotel lobby. For convenience, you can also try Macau Uber Taxi. We will surely stay here again on our next visit to Macau.

We absolutely loved the peaceful atmosphere and the cozy, welcoming vibe throughout our stay. The location was perfect for getting around, and the views were lovely — it was the perfect place to relax and unwind.The facilities were excellent — clean, modern, and very well-maintained. Everything we needed was easily accessible, and the spaces felt comfortable and thoughtfully designed. We felt right at home. Overall: We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Good hotel. Accessible locatioon. Have casino and restaurants nearby. There is a convenience store on the ground floor

The hotel upgraded our room to a larger one. Good service. Queit location but no free shuttle bus and far away from the bus station.

Good stay, comfortable and roomy, spacious for its price, will definitely stay again
