Broadway Macau

Got free upgrade to Suite Room. Also got offered to Choose between House Wine or set of Local Snacks. Totally good except for the location which is far from the Ferry Terminal shuttle bus drop off point at Galaxy Crystal Lobby. But they made up with a Galaxy internal shuttle that bring patrons around Andaz, Broadway, Crystal Lobby and Diamond Lobby. Overall good experience with the hotel. Just that the hotel dont offer shuttle to other tourist attractions unlike Venetian and Lisboa hotels. Food street seems quiet during my stay and we also did not visit. For those who are looking to visit Harry Potter exhibition, it's a bit of walking distance from the Hotel as we only can get to Londoner by foot. Taxi is about 40MOP.

Accomodating staffs from reception upto room attendants, especially BK who is friendly and attentive. Broadway to grand resort deck is quite far but still worth the stay. The edutainment galaxy kidz experience for our daughter is amazing, our stay is very memorable to her because of that edutainment activities and the GRD swimming. She celebrates her 7th birthday, and thankful for some freebies and gifts from you. So yes, the hotel is very recommended to tourists like us affordable and good staff experience. Thankyou again and will definetly come back.

The hotel is in good condition and well maintained. There are food stalls and convenience store out side the hotel. Good breakfast.

the location is near from the bus station, easy to find a restaurant and the employees are very friendly. don't hesitate to stay here

Check in staff is polite and efficient. I did not use much of the facilities but overall room is clean and comfortable. Access to Broadway theater is close.

The hotel's location is decent, requiring a walk or shuttle bus to nearby attractions like Galaxy ******, and a taxi or walk to most other places. However, Galaxy shuttle buses are available for trips to Old Town, the ferry terminal, and the airport. The room was clean and pleasant. We enjoyed two nights, the second of which included a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which enhanced our stay (my pictures are for this upgraded room). We didn't partake in breakfast, so no comment there. However, the booking promised three free inclusions: refreshments in the VIP room, a minibar, and access to the pool deck. Unfortunately, these offerings fell short of expectations. The VIP room was disappointingly small and offered only basic beverages and snacks that ran out quickly. The minibar only contained unhealthy soft drinks. Additionally, access to the pool deck required swimming attire, a requirement not clearly communicated during booking. Overall, these discrepancies felt misleading and left a negative impression.
