The St. Regis Macao

Assisted by Chris during check-in. got a room upgraded. Check in process was superb and fast. Room was clean and bed was comfortable! Check out was also a breeze. Everything went smooth and easy!

Outstanding hospitality! The front desk staff were super welcoming and arranged for me to stay in the same room when my flight was canceled due to a typhoon. The butler brought hot soy milk late at night, which helped me sleep so well during the storm. Housekeeping was equally friendly and greeted me warmly every time. Huge thanks to Cindy at breakfast for remembering my name and thoughtfully packing a takeaway coffee for my trip to the airport. She went above the beyond to make my stay wonderful. Truly exemplary service from start to finish!

Despite its very crowded due to convert. The staff had done their best to provide excellent service for room upgrade and extended happy hour to compensate the delay and any discomfort. Bfast staff was amazing friendly with tailor make juices to kick start our first meal

Very good improved Checking in Service and Room Key preparation (2 hours after registration around 2:00 pm on July 19). Very friendly and effective arrangement including FOC upgrading of Single Bed Room to Double Bed Room (with updated (renovated) room with Excellent conditions). Warm Welcome Fruit Plate arranged unexpectedly and on time Champagne tasting at lobby. Bell Captain was very Nice and Supportive.

We had a wonderful stay at The St. Regis Macao. The place is absolutely amazing, with beautiful facilities and luxurious atmosphere. What made our experience even more special was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and took great care of us throughout our stay. Shout out to Sir Francis and Sir Teo of Concierge service! Everything exceeded our expectation, and we truly felt welcomed and valued as guests.

Very warm, attentive, friendly and helpful service staff from the moment we checked in at the reception to the concierge where the smiling staff, Jeffrey, offered to get an umbrella for us when it was drizzling and getting us a cab to travel to our destination. Very generous complimentary pressing service for my clothes and were delivered promptly within a day and placed nicely in my closet. When I requested for a bucket of ice cubes to chill my wine, the service staff even brought in an extra tub of ice cubes in case I needed to put into my drinks. Fresh fruits and bottles of Evian water in our room were provided daily. Personalised message from our housekeeping staff who took the initiative to provide extra bottles of Evian water for our consumption. Late checkout offered by the reception and we were pleasantly surprised and greatly appreciate this kind gesture. Have been to many 5-star hotels but the service here is another level up! Kudos to all the staff at St Regis Macau! Your service is impeccable!

Butler service was good. They were able to meet all my needs. And for the one time it failed, the service recovery was excellent.
