Η θερμοκρασία του νερού στο ντους είναι χαμηλή και η εμπειρία είναι εξαιρετικά κακή λόγω της χαμηλής θερμοκρασίας του νερού κατά τη διάρκεια του μπάνιου και του ντους. Μόνο το επόμενο πρωί υπήρχε ζεστό νερό με υψηλότερη θερμοκρασία.

The hotel was enormous. The room was spacious and spotless. The service was good, but check-in took a while due to the long line.

Absolutely overwhelmed with the executive lounge access, which we nearly forgot and after a 20 min in the queue before check in, we swiftly took the 4th floor to our delight, no queue required.

Be warned: Long queue for check in even on non-peak day. I give 5 star for the location, thats about it. The room is showing signs of aging, peeling wallpaper and stained carpets. The room amenities are the basic that I have seen in any 5 star hotels.
I probably won't consider staying here again given so many newer hotels in the surroundings that cost about the same. The room actually smells unpleasant especially the bedsheet, hence, i didn't get to sleep through the night cos of the smell.

Cleanliness and hygiene undeniably good!
Amazing location- whereby can access easily to anywhere you wish to go to
Service - basically have to wait for long for check in however there’s a great service of concierge after checking out.
Overall it’s a great and memorable stay and would come back again if by any chance.

The check in and key picking time is very long. The breakfast buffet is good, have variety of food. Drinks are good. The hotel location is perfect, have free shuttle bus to many locations, will visit again
