Holiday Inn Macau

The hotel is ok for not long stay. Pros: 1. Quite good location: walkable distance to the main attractions, the buses stop in front of the hotel, supermarkets, A** and McDonald’s are nearby. 2. The staff is nice and helpful. They speak English which is very important! 3. The bed and pillow is comfortable. 4. The window cannot be opened but the aircon is ok, however it is noisy. 5. I had good view from my window: the street and building in front of the hotel. (Photo) 6. WiFi in the room was good. Cons: 1. The hotel is quite old, the facilities need to be renewed. Actually, they currently do renovation and warn about the noise from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. It was not a problem for me, but it would be better to know about it before non-refundable reservation. 2. I booked single room with double bed but the room was bad: dirty (or burnt) carpet, dirty drops on the bathroom door, stains on the table. (Photo 1). I asked to change the room. They didn’t have another double bed room, so they offered twin bed room. It was better, so I stayed. But still, the facilities were not really good, for instance, there was mold at the bathroom curtain and near the sink, the sink was burst and the water went out slowly. (Photo) 3. No breakfast. I hope that after renovation the hotel will be much better and more pleasant to stay.

Best location , good breakfast (not queen one) . unfortunately problems with baby crib

If I can give 100 stars, I would! Was there for our special anniversary, hotel offered us a bottle of wine complimentary! Not to mention that the free room upgrade to suite because our room was filled with smoke smell. Love this place! They are so warming! The location is superb too! 5 minutes walk to Wynn and Lisboa hotel, and nearby a lot of eateries and convenient stores, groceries. Definitely a good choice! Room is big and comfy too

Great location and good hotel in a budget. It's easy to reach from anywhere using a local bus or taxi. Also at a walking distance from Senado Square, Wynn & MGM.

They upgraded our room for us. Overall it’s a nice stay. Would come back again.

Old hotel but still clean and neat & big space compare to hotel at HK , front desk is friendly and cheerful , my kids like the hotel Bcz the room got bathtub 🛁… and there is a 24 hrs convenient store near by to the hotel about 2mins walk only … can get some drink or 🍺😍😍😍 and some snack etc… happy with my stay . Next to hotel there is a McDonald & restaurant 六楼后座food is nice 👍 … Will come again thanks !!!

The Holiday Inn Macau is a bit dated, but the service is efficient and good. It is sufficient for travelers just for a good sleep and not demand for facilities.

The The Big Lie was the most important thing in our lives today that I have learned

The staffs were very accomodating, polite and respectful. We don’t have any complains during our stay. Looking forward to stay there again.
