Good service and cleanliness I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Lisboa grand palace Hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed and valued as a guest. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Whether it was the front desk staff who greeted me with a warm smile and provided me with all the necessary information, or the housekeeping staff who kept my room immaculate, everyone displayed a high level of professionalism and genuine care for their guests. The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable and I had a great night's sleep every night of my stay. We stay at hotel on 11 June 2024 your room and public area it very clean.breakfast from in room dining it very delicious and competitive price.the staff are very friendly and helpful but it would be even better if the housekeeper spoke English.

This hotel is the best I've stayed at recently, with excellent service, rooms, and location. Since this trip was to celebrate my birthday, I'm very grateful to the front desk staff for arranging an upgrade to a suite. They also prepared a birthday cake for me. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and others for birthday celebrations. The experience was perfect. The hotpot restaurant inside the hotel is awesome too!

Value for money stay Room is big Free shuttle buses bringing u to multiple places of interest Shopping malls are not crowded and please visit the gardens and indoor swimming pool!

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. My daughter was beyond thrilled with the extra space and luxury amenities. It truly made our stay extra special. Another amazing surprise was the birthday cake that was sent to the room for my daughter. It was a deliciously decadent treat that made her birthday even more memorable. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness shown by the staff truly warmed our hearts. The facilities at the hotel were top-notch, from the luxurious pool and spa to the delicious in dining options. Overall, our stay was nothing short of perfection. We were treated like royalty from start to finish, and I will definitely be recommending this hotel to all my friends and family. The hotel is clean and tidy. The garden on the 3/floor would allow you to make many nice photos !

Fantastic property ! Would be appreciate to see some veg option or halal foods. That was missing. Rest all was very good. Check in time the reception team was very helpful. About informing about property.

The check in services is very slow. We arrived at 4pm and the room is not ready. Wait for an hour and need to go back to reception to get the room around 5pm. The cleanliness of the beddings is in questions, found dirt on the beddings!!
