PENSÃO ELEGANTE (BARRA)

I've been staying at this hotel for almost a week, and overall, I've been very impressed with the service. The receptionists have been incredibly helpful and friendly. However, I was disappointed with one of the housekeeping staff members. She was a Filipina woman, white skin, &. A long hair ,I asked her for some shower gel, conditioner, and tissue, as I was running out. She told me she would give them to me later in the lobby, which I found to be unprofessional. As a guest, it's not my responsibility to go to the lobby to ask for basic amenities; it's the housekeeping staff's responsibility to provide them. Additionally, she didn't take out my trash for a week or knock to see if I needed anything. It was a disappointing experience, and if I were the manager, I would have serious concerns about her performance.she doesn’t look happy with her job & very unprofessional. 「我在這家酒店住了快一周了，總的來說，這裡的服務給我留下了深刻的印象。接待員非常樂於助人和友好。但是，我對其中一名客房服務人員感到失望。她是菲律賓女性，白皮膚，長頭髮，我向她要一些沐浴露、護髮素和紙巾，因為我快用完了。她告訴我她稍後會在大廳給我，我找到了不專業。作為客人，我沒有責任去大堂索要基本設施；提供這些設施是客房服務人員的責任。此外，她已經一周沒有倒我的垃圾，也沒有敲門看看是否有我需要任何東西。這是一次令人失望的經歷，如果我是經理，我會對她的表現感到嚴重擔憂。她看起來對自己的工作不滿意並且非常不專業

Room was clean, location is great. Many bus routes pass close by to visit all the sights of Macau. I would stay here again and recommend to friends.

excellent experience of stay...very convinient for a visit because of its proximity to the city center: tourists sites mc donald jollibee market and variety stores hotels and hospital.

Budget housing, the price corresponds to the quality. Completely satisfied with my one night stay. The room had absolutely all hygiene products, clean bed linen. There are no unpleasant smells in the room

A pleasant accommodation for the amount we paid for our stay. Small but decent and love it. ☺️

Location is not in the main street but on tiny inside alley, the building is near McDonalds, 7eleven and bus station , which is situated in-front of a church. Happy with the room as it is clean spacious and it is comfortable and has the standard amenities that you need. This is perfect deal for a budget traveller.

Easy to find food shop but need to improve in cleanness. Anyway the location is perfect for tourist spot
