I have been in this hotel jollie ville luxor it's amazing hotel and all the staff is friendly so much start from reception with nice welcoming and smiley faces.and room is so clean and nice view and restaurants also is so nice and tasty food spiceal the Italian restaurant with a lot of items and all is tasty and of course when you are in hotel near the Nile so have to try the Nile fishing trip in early morning is magice time And also the sunset by birds sound in the special area in hotel it's wow .and at last but not the end would like to say a huge thanks for the entertainment team for a nice performance at night and day during all my stay the are coming to us to ask if we have any problems in our stay and the make us as important guest and I see this always with them they are doing that with all the guests around. I would like to say a big thank you to Mr Ehab, his lovely wife and fantastic staff! I was there for Christmas with a group of 23 friends! Firstly I would like to say that the services was excellent, and what value for money. It best I’ve ever had in a hotel in Egypt, even from some of the 5⭐️hotels I’ve stayed in. Nothing was to much trouble! The rooms were clean and the beds so comfy, everything I needed for my stay. It was a great location for seeing all the local tourist attractions and a short walk to the Nile. I will definitely be back again next year! Thank you Gaddis Hotel

An absolute charmer of a guest house in central Luxor, Maras presents a level of sophistication and style that’s usually well above my pay grade. Our suite (yes, suite - not just a room but an apartment) is a wall to wall mini museum of tapestry, carpets, classic furniture and local art, tastefully pulled together in a manner that makes you feel like a very honoured guest. And that feeling continues when you engage with Mara, Amr and the team - the most genuinely helpful and supportive people I have met on any holiday, and always willing to go the extra mile for your happiness. If you are reading this while planning a holiday - book it now. Suite 4 is a charmer, say yes when Mar offers you tea (the handmade biscuits were astounding), sign up for the feast and visit Abyssinian and Dendara too!

One of the best hotels in which I have stayed. It was overall an amazing experience. First, professional staff and very friendly, from reception to restaurant and room service, all was amazing. The room was clean and fully equipped with everything that a guest might need. When faced with a problem they quickly try to solve it. Also they were very trust worthy. I happened to lose my sunglasses and they kept them safe for me to pick them up. The view from the nile side was stunning, I strongly recommend picking a room with that view, it’s totally worth the additional fee. The breakfast was also delicious with variety of choices and so was the dinner. This stay is totally worth 5 stars

Service was great and we got a room upgrade upon arrival. View is beautiful facing the Nile river. However the bedding is probably one of the worst I have slept on from a 5 stars hotel, the sheet and duvet covers are very rough and worn out, literally hurt my skin. I had to use a disposable bed sheet cover I brought with me to cover the bed. Please comfortable beddings are a basic for a nice hotel, at the end of the day people are paying to sleep not just for the view.

We arrived at midnight for a one night stay and left in the morning to see the temples. Good location. Friendly staff. My only suggestion would be to provide better directions to find the 6th floor as the elevator stops on the 5th, and there was no signage to direct us towards our room. It was confusing and took longer than expected to find where we needed to go even with directions from the front staff.

We (our group) checked in for one night only unfortunately. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and we had a fantastic view of the Nile from our balcony. Breakfast the next day was a good spread of western and local dishes. Not sure if we were given an upgrade, but the size of the two rooms was impressive. The pool was clean and the view enchanting.

I just love the Staff and other people around the hotel very positive happy 😊 and helpfull I have a problem getting around on my legs and the help was always at hand please came and have much fun on the roof top pool with view to kill for what can I say the manager on hand and around every day asking if every think is OK well what can you say but Thank you St,Joseph hotel

The hotel was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. It was our last hotel in Egypt and the best one! All the staff were friendly and ready to help in anything but we want to especially thanks to the Guest Relations Catherine, she made us feel welcomed and she was friendly, helpful and kind with us the whole time. The swimming pool is fantastic, after a hot day you can chill over the pool, have some drinks and see the beautiful and unforgettable sunset at the River Nile. The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are spacious and clean. They have several restaurants with different dietary options, the breakfast was a delicious international buffet and they even have a gift shop inside the hotel. It is accessible for wheelchair user and kids friendly. Definitely we highly recommended.
