The staff are lovely people. We had the most enjoyable time in the hotel. The food is delicious with various dishes with a really nice staff especially Mr. Sherif and Mr. Sameh. The sea view is incredibly outstanding. Recommended for family and friends.

Went to my beloved magical City of PortSaid. Was my first time with the relatively new PortoSaid Hotels and Spa. Staff are really inexperienced, amateur and disorganized. Seems that no system to follow. I missed the deadline of house keeping of 17:00 pm. Having said that, no sign whatsoever for such instructions. Anyway, wanted only a couple of towels. No response, no on Duty manager to communicate with. the same on check out. i booked a couple of rooms for my family = 5 persons. with difficulty managed to grab only a couple of towels for the Pool and Sea. very poor service and it seems no one in charge, or at least too shy to meet the customers?!!!

I would never imagine that there is such a beauty in portsaid This place is so comfortable Amazing animation team doing a really entertaining party every night The food is extra tasty The internet is on average The rooms are clean and most of the stuff is friendly

Porto said resort one of the best hotel in Port said I really enjoyed my time with my family here there's many activities with lovely entertainment team they have morning activities and night parties everyday 😄 kids area and more service I recommend it 😁

It has a great summer vibes. The stuff is very helpful and the animation team is cheerful and had a lot of activities during the day . Mini disco show for our kids and night parties (variety shows) i recommended Porto said hotel

This is the most amazing resort ever I’ve seen in port said city I really enjoyed my time here with my family and my friends they have good service clean rooms variety food and good quality 🥰 they have many activities with entertainment team morning activities and night parties 🎈 there’s kids area our kids have enjoyed there

I enjoyed my trip here in porto said everything was amazing 😍 staff service food fun time and activities 😄 about food its was variety food 🥝 i like it 🤤 about service staff was helpful and friendly i feel like in my second home i most come to porto said

This is first time i visit port said i really enjoyed my trip with family at porto said resort its amazing view friendly staff variety food many activities with entertemant team there is kids club here for kids to feel fun all the time 🥰
