We wanted to get away for a night and it felt like an all inclusive resort almost. Staying on the club level is worth the extra money if you are going to utilize your free drinks and food. Food was amazing, drinks were great. Beds were so comfy and everyone was extremely kind. Will be staying again!

This hotel is our new go-to when we are in Madison, WI. The lobby is beautiful. Parking was extra but quite easy to use in the downtown area. We ate at The Pub-delicious food, pretty good menu selections for a small, cozy restaurant. The folks at the front desk could not have been more helpful. Room was comfy and bedding was

The room is really nice. However, there are no USB ports to charge your phones like seriously this is a 21st-century get up-to-date your charge enough.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, nice staff, nice restaurant and in perfect loction near State St and the capital.

It was okay, not the best hotel stay I’ve had. You can hear everything going on in the rooms next to you and everyone was very loud. There was no complementary breakfast included unless you were staying in one of the more exclusive rooms. View was not the best. Parking was super convenient which is the only redeeming factor.

I stay here alot because it is the nicest hotel in Madison. Close to everything, great food and beverage choices inside and so many within walking distance. Some of the nicest staff i have ever met, always courteous and friendly!

The staff was amazing. I had some pretty unique requests as I was a vendor at a conference at the hotel. They helped me with everything and made my stay a dream.

No trolleys or bellhop to assist with luggage. Next morning after walking from parking garage down the street, saw 2 people returning the trolleys apparently kept them overnight in their room. We are military transiting the country lots of luggage. Tow trailer couldn’t park in the hotel garage, had to park in the public garage down down the street. The receptionist were nice just not enough of them. Bartender and restaurant great. Had two free drinks, forgot to use in the bar. Asked to get bottle water and soda from small store as checking out and was told no.
