衞生環境都不錯，但是某些細節還是可以看得出歷史的痕跡，比如我的房門不用力關就關不上（輕輕帶上以後，聽着像是關上了，但是衹要用力推，不用刷卡也可以打開房門）以及水池下水很慢，應該是堵了
地理位置也可以，附近就是cuczo地鐵站，附近有個7×24的家樂福
服務是還不錯，7.28生日送了一瓶起泡酒，但是沒有免費的瓶裝水，有mini bar，但是全部收費，包括礦泉水

Although the hotels is further north in a more residential location, the staff, our room and accommodations were fantastic especially for the price point. The beds and room were incredibly comfortable.

Very nice hotel. Quiet floors. Good bellman to get taxis. Room ready on arrival which we appreciated. Pool looked inviting but need more seating options.

Amazing! We had the best time. The staff were so friendly and helpful and genuinely made our stay a joy. I wish I traveled to Madrid more often just so I could stay here every time. I'm not even kidding. The room was tidy and very comfortable (especially the pillows), and the breakfast was delicious.

AC was not working. When brought the issue to front desk clerk he suggested to open the windows. Four days in a expensive warm room. Will not come back.

Only the heater was on. NO AIR CONDITIONING, so I had to have my windows open. Could not sleep at all with all the street noise!!!
