HRC Hotel

El hotel es super lindo, la habitación amplia y muy cómoda. Se encuentra cerca de sitios turísticos. El personal es muy amable. Regresaré en mi próximo viaje. Gracias por todo.

yo hice la reserva con un día de antelación el 31 de diciembre por la tarde cuando estábamos muy liados con la preparación de la fiesta, al ver el hotel de 3 estrellas, pues dije este es, en el anuncio ponía la cama extragrande, y lo reserve con mis dos niñas (una bebe y una de 3 años) y mi marido. en los hoteles donde hemos ido siempre hemos dormido juntos en camas grandes, disfrutábamos mas durmiendo con mis niñas ya que siempre estamos trabajando.... El problema cuando nos hemos ido a registrar la entrada me atendió un empleado desde la primera vista la atención al cliente no la ha hecho como debe ser, ni te mira a la cara.... cuando le conteste que somos 4 empezó que no puede ser y no puede ser, me dejo que la cama es pequeña, pero pensaba una cama de 160X200. le pregunte se me puede cambiar de habitación contesto: que no puede ser y es imposible, y cuando mirábamos por la web si que habían habitaciones disponibles, este señor cual es su trabajo cuando no me puede cambiar de habitación? en fin hemos pasado la noche muy mal y no nos ha recibido bien en aquel, mi marido durmió en un hostal allí cerca ........ y al día siguientes al cambio de turno en 1 segundo nos soluciono el problema el otro empleado. este hotel no merece las 3 estrellas, y cursos para mejorar la atención al cliente, íbamos con la idea de desayunar allí, pero nos hemos enfadado y nos hemos ido a otro sitio. La cosa que me encantó en este hotel y hay que decirlo es la LIMPIEZA, EXELENTE.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good, basic hotel. We missed having a bar or cafe where you could get a drink.

Great location, 6-10 minutes walking distance to Catedral de la Almudena and Royal Palace, 25 minutes walk to National Meseum of Prado, and we walked 19 minutes to Puerta Del Sol and did the New Year countdown. There is a grocery supermarket Dia is just next block at which you may get what you need for breakfast (pastry, coffee, fruits etc); the room is clean and Spacey - guess the triple room (there are 3 of us) is bigger; the reception is 24 hours and during late afternoon and evening the front door is closed and you need to buzz in, this makes us feel safe; the staffs are friendly, they answered all of our questions; there is a local restaurant (name is Los Angeles, - not related to America at all), the foods are very good, the seafood rice is a must-try

HRC is a great place to stay during a short, break in Madrid. Room was compact but clean, modern and adequatey equipped. It's located in a quiet side street within easy walking distance of most of central Madrid. Very good value.

This hotel is very poor. I feel the rooms advertised were certainly not what I received. The room wasn’t nice, had mould all around the shower and wallpaper flaking off. One of the electrical sockets had the plate off! Would never return or recommend

Great location. Did I mention it is a great location? Walking distance to the royal palace and other attractions. And close to the latina district. Many restaurants and shopping close by and two self-serve laundries' in walking distance. Friendly staff (the signoria that runs the cafe is marvelous) and dailey housekeeping. It is an older property so the sound proofing is not the best but everyone quiets down by 2300 so our sleep was not interrupted. Enjoy your stay

The staff hailed a taxi for us quickly which is much appreciated given it's difficult to get a taxi or Uber during morning rush hours
