The hotel is very clean, traffic very convenient. The bath water is warm. There is a small kitchen with microwave and kettle. Very nice. The elevator is a bit noisy. When I arrived at the hotel for the first day, it's a bit difficult to find the reception. I carried my luggage up and down until finally located the reception. Better put a sign with arrows to help guests find the hotel.

Great central location, close to many tourist attractions, eateries and bars. Basic room, but cleaned daily and comfortable for a couple. Close to a Metro station if you need the local train. Very close to the Royal Palace which is worth a visit. Hotel is located about 20mins (around 35 euro) from the airport and has instructions for a late check in. Reception closed at 10.00pm.

Warm and cozy stay at this charming hotel, where simplicity meets comfort. The rooms provide a homey feel, perfect for relaxation. The highlight is the incredibly friendly staff, who go above and beyond to ensure a delightful experience. A genuine gem!

When I attempted to communicate via both phone and WhatsApp to request additional assistance, I encountered the owner, whose demeanor was extremely rude and unnecessarily aggressive. This not only harmed me but also caused significant distress for my mother, increasing her blood pressure. As a result of the owner's behavior, we were compelled to urgently find alternative accommodation. The uncertainty and fear we experienced that night were profoundly distressing, particularly after the owner suggested he would arrive early to confront us in person." This version maintains clarity and emphasizes the impact of the owner's actions on both the writer and their mother. It also conveys the urgency of the situation and the distress caused by the owner's behavior.

The hostal was really well located, the room was super clean and overall really cozy. We loved the experience, and the price was very competitive compared to others in the city. Would definitely recommend this hostal and will go back to it if we visit Madrid again

The location, service and comfort were excellent! We would definitely stay there again. Minutes from the Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real and Puerta del Sol. The staff provided excellent service. Our room was very quiet. It was a great place to stay.
