Apartment in the Centre

Extremely central location highly recommend it!

Lovely little flat but is out of the way and can’t be considered central for Madrid. Good air conditioning and bathroom facilities Lovely little sun deck that’s a sun trap In a residential area. When we were there subway was closed so travel was restricted

Property location is good. But its apar**ent arear and rooms are too small. Also sofa come bed is not in good condition.

All was perfect but some nights it had groups of drunk people making a lot of noise outside the building. Was difficult to sleep.

I enjoyed my staying at this place. It was clean, spacious and right due to big windows in the living room. Bed and sofa bed was comfortable. The elevator was in good condition. My suggestions is to change some cooking ware due to rusting (electric kettle and pots) more basic kitchen ware is needed.

Everything was good except for the bathroom. It can have some updates...

it is very neat and the center of the city. Checkin is over whatsapp. Very prompt service and response. It is also very close to several restaraunts. You can walk to most attractions. Highly recommneded.

The reception for this property is 10 mins from the address given for check in. This was not communicated well at all and so we arrived with all of our luggage and our baby to the wrong address. Luckily I had an international phone plan so I could call the phone number but otherwise we would have been stranded on the street.

If you’re in Madrid with a family these are apar**ents excellent! Travelling as a group of 4, 2 adults and a 15 and 11 year old, the size, cost and location will be hard to beat. The 2 bed apar**ents are spacious with 2 large bedrooms, ( ours had 1 double and 2 singles that can join as a double), large kitchen and large lounge/dining area. The apar**ent is extremely secure and despite my initial reservations having been on Google earth and seeing all the local area spray painted, my reservations were quickly allayed when you realise nearly every shop front in Madrid is! The apar**ent is a 3 minute walk from Tribunal metro and access to the whole of Madrid, and 10 minutes from Gran Via ( great shopping on the way down there too ) and a short walk onwards to Sol plaza and a brilliant array of bars / restaurants. Practically, there is also a Lidl only 3 minutes away. What stood this apar**ent out though was the fantastic communication they provide, whether that be about how to access the apar**ent etc or any questions / help you may want - one such example was how to access the open air swimming pools, their quick response outlined the app to use (Madrid Móvil ) and I’d booked a family of 4 for €8 for 5 hours at the open pool at Lago (10 minute direct metro from Tribunal). They also allow you to store luggage at their main residence (this one is unstaffed but it doesn’t matter) whilst only a 15 minute walk, we took an Uber there for €4, and upon collecting our cases it was only €20 in an Uber to T4 at the airport. Great place from which to explore Madrid!
