Fergus Club Mallorca Waterpark

Leaving tomorrow after a fantastic week’s stay here. The reviews had me sick with worry but I stood my ground and gave it the benefit of the doubt. The right decision in my eyes… yes the hotel has had minor renovations but I personally didn’t come to admire the decor. The rooms are spacious, cleaned every day, air con, fridge, hairdryer etc and we had a fab location overlooking the evening entertainment so could enjoy from our balcony. The Magnus pool is by far the most peaceful… yes the tiling needs redone and there is some need for a decent power wash when out of season but it is massive & no bother getting a sun lounger. The ‘bouncy’ pool as we referred to can get chaotic but this is through no fault of the hotel. Feral children & unconcerned parents make the lifeguards job a living nightmare (hence the whistle blowing). The slides are class! Not overly busy so kids just went up and down constantly. Staff are friendly, hard working and doing their very best in a busy hotel. The food is plentiful, well presented and we never went hungry. Yes, it gets a bit samey after a week but that’s to be expected. The chairs need some felt attached to the feet to stop the noise but didn’t bother us too much. For those complaining about the food being cold… there’s a microwave and I have yet to see a single person using it! The location is fab! EVERYTHING you could possibly need is within walking distance. Shops, restaurants, beach. We were pleasantly surprised. Would I come back? Absolutely!! I do hope they take the down season to give everything a good clean down and touch up any missed bits prior to opening. TIP - bring some clothes pegs and perhaps a travel washing line if possible.

julian is the best worker here he is so polite and good with kids MAKE HIM MANEGER he is funny and a grate entertainer this place is so clean and the food is 10/10 and the entertainment is even batter would recommend for families the bar is clean and so are the rooms

This is my last day after a week long stay, we checked in at 1pm and were told our room was not available until 3pm, check in area is lovely and receptionist clear in explaining how hotel works, we were able to put our cases in safe area prior to our rooms being ready allowing us to go get lunch and get changed. We were situated in block s06 3rd floor which faced onto the splash area pool with the jelly belly. Primarily we used the splash pool and slide pools, breeze area we ventured into 1st day but for convenience splash was our go to. Water is freezing dependant on weather but once your in it's fine. Plenty sunbeds and seats, all inclusive included drinks, spirits, juice and slushies, pool area was cleaned as witnessed from our room, splash pool whistle from lifeguards can become grating but is a necessity with kids onnthe jelly belly blocking the spout hole or being a bit rough with each other. Anyone complaining about the food needs to have a reality check on their expectations, plenty choice for breakfast lunch and dinner, noise of the chairs being dragged along thr ground is a miner grievance Our room was adequate, small fridge, tv we never used, comfy beds and surprisingly good patio doors that blocked outside noise better than expected. There was visible light/gap at front door but nothing that caused us too much concern, doors locked fine with key cards. I would say that consideration should be given to add another seat to balcony, there are only 2 for each room by the looks of it and as a family of 3 that like to sit on the balcony there wasn't an alternative to one of us standing. Location is decent, 10 min walk from beach and 5 mins from some nice bars/restaurants, the hotel has an access to the beach but this is only open during the day which is a shame as the reception access is a longer walk round at night. Overall I would recommend hotel to family's, entertainment was standard with kids disco and evening entertainment rating from watchable to background noise.

🌟 review 🌟 So after reading all reviews online before coming I was nervous/anxious on what this holiday would be like. We arrived last week check in was fast room was ready clean spacious for the 4 of us. I can honestly say it's been great most important thing for me was that my kids had a great time.. and they have said its the best holiday that they have had. So for me it's a win win. Room was cleaned fresh towels everyday.. food was alright it's no the worst ave had and my fussy child always found something to eat. We did eat out for lunch dinner some days defo recommend a Sunday roast at the dancing crook 👌 can't comment on entertainment as we went out at night. We spent most of the days lounging at the big bouncy pillow yes the whistle went most of the day but we blocked it out and got used to it. The chairs in restaurant everyone was complaining about is noisy but again wasn't a big issue for us. Pools were freezing best advice wld be to jump in once ur in it's fine. Kids loved the slides my youngest loved the yellow one I preferred the white ones 🤣. Everything is all so close beach.. shops... aldi.. All in all it's been a great holiday had by all 🥰❣️

Nice stay here in Fergus Club Waterpark, all the staff are very kind and the best are the people working on the night shift John and Adolfo. Both of them are very attentive and helpful. The food is not best but good quality. Thanks for all Fergus staff !!!

Amazing hotel. Great for families, Entertainment is excellent. Gabriel is absolutely fantastic. Really made my 30th birthday special. Would come again for sure! Beyou at the breeze bar also made my birthday so special. So clean, kids absolutely enjoyed themselves. Wish we booked longer than 7 days. Do not listen to bad reviews!!

This hotel ( huge complex ) is NOT a 4 star hotel, not in a million years, bedroom doors that don’t close properly, trim hanging off the frames with nails sticking out, quick lick of paint on some walls.. the maintenance list is endless, pools appear dirty and a sicky smell wafts around at times. Staff work hard and are friendly enough, food was lovely and varied at every meal as long as you microwave it for a couple of minutes. I wouldn’t return.

Our trip was amazing start to finish, I honestly don’t know what all of the bad reviews are about. Please don’t let them put you off booking! The rooms are exactly as described, rooms are cleaned daily. The pools were also cleaned a lot when we were there. The food was always fresh and different daily. The staff were always wiping down the sides and topping up the food. Good selection of foods and always found something to eat, for three children and two adults. The entertainment was as you’d expect at an all inclusive resort. The kids loved the mini disco every evening and us adults did too. Gabriel went above and beyond to make sure me and my children were enjoying our holiday, he helped with our plates when my daughter was struggling and would always make us all smile. My children also really enjoyed their time with Jessica and Julian during their time at kids club. They had their faces painted and always came out smiling! They will always have a place in their memories and really contributed to making our whole stay super lovely and enjoyable! I would definitely recommend this hotel it was as I expected and more and we are thinking of going back next year. Massive thank you to all of the staff for making our holiday even more special! They really care about this hotel and making sure people are having the best time possible!! DONT LISTEN TO BAD REVIEWS. You won’t regret it!

Good value for money. Spacious clean rooms. Plenty of sun beds no need to reserve. Excellent choice of drinks. Excellent choice of food in standard restaurant although could be warmer at times. Pools are cold but manageable. Staff friendly. Evening entertainment lacking. Sound seemed to quiet and the stage did not hold its audience. Overall travelled couple in 50 s with son and girlfriend. We all had a good time and I would recommend as a family hotel with kids all ages.
