HM Martinique

Très bonne expérience à l’hôtel HM Martinique de Magaluf les points positifs : 3 piscine + sauna et hammam on peux trouver un magasin aussi très utile pour acheter à manger ou à boire , le seul point négatif c’est le wifi qui ne fonctionne pas très bien pour ma part . Le hammam n’était pas fonctionel aussi pendant mon séjour . Plage à proximité.

Un bel albergo per passare il tempo in compania, non va bene per bambini piccoli perché gente che soggiorna fa sempre ******

Stayed for a long weekend to celebrate my brother’s birthday with our dad and sons. As it was all boys we shared two rooms and actually had a fantastic time. The hotel looks great, modern, clean with the largest pool I’ve ever seen, so many beds and food was ok. The main ***** with the bars and clubs isn’t far and the beach is only a bit further. Found we are talented at karaoke. Enjoyed eating what we fancied and too much of everything including the hotel breakfasts. Felt much longer, celebrated in style.

When we arrived at HM Martinique hotel in April 2024 we wasn't greeted by anyone for a long time once we did we was told we wouldn't be able to check in for bit as the room wasn't ready we asked if we could have our all inclusive wrist bands since we had paid for the whole day but they told us not until we have a room key. We were then told we needed to pay $2.50 each for tax which was fine but when we said we didn't have any cash but could pay on card the staff were rude and said it should be cash as the money is for them, I explained that it didn't state it needed to be cash anywhere. When was got to the bar and asked for the all inclusive drinks we was told we could only choose from a beer, wine or sangria nothing else was included. Very limited drink choice and could only have 3 drinks between lunch and tea time. When we could finally check into the room the bottom of my door and the bathroom door was damp all the way up the wall and there was electric wires coming out of the floor. When we asked to keep our luggage in a room as we couldn't check in the door wasn't secure and they said they was having maintenance done soon. When asking for cocktails to be made which he had to buy separately the staff behind the bar would roll their eyes and weren't very friendly. My room wasn't cleaned and there was a few things under the bed which was from other people. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and do not think it should be a 4 star rating,

Great hotel for the price. Came for the half marathon and stayed 6 nights. Big smart hotel, not perfect but I also stayed last year and I'd happily stay again. The hotel is relatively quiet given it's Magaluf. We did b&b, the food was pretty standard hotel fare, it was ok. WiFi is great. The showers are a bit weird, they pulse between freezing your soul and showering you with molten lava. You'll learn when to dodge in and out of the stream 🤣 The other weird thing is the beds - they're comfy, but there are no headboards and there are wheels on the bed so they roll away from the wall. All in all a great value hotel with friendly staff.

Great location for the Magaluf Half Marathon and quiet place to stay. Despite being very close to BCM's I was surprised how quiet this hotel was. Perfect location for us as keen runners, close to athletics track for start and finish of the race. Friendly staff, lively rooms, very comfy beds, great breakfast 😋 will definitely use again.

Hotel was nice and clean, food very basic be ok if you like fish. DONT TRUST the cleaners they like to steal items, we had only stepped into the hotel for not even 60 seconds and was warned about the cleaners stealing items from hotel rooms but give them benefit of the doubt but no should’ve listened to guests warning us!

We holiday about 4 times a year mainly Spain or Gran Canaria The positives about this hotel centrally located and clean, very clean, however that's where the positives finish. The shower either is was freezing cold or switch to scalding hot part way through. Ran out of toilet paper and was told there was no more The food even for a package holiday was sub standard and always cold and very little choice, ended up every night having a salad before eating out elsewhere, may suit younger people but not middle aged, no kettle in the room however there was a saucepan and a ladel so able to make a brew. The staff were abit none descript, a warm welcome from the young lad on reception when we arrived but nothing the rest of the time, no warmth or friendliness

A bit disappointed with this visit, stayed for a week all inclusive. Staff- Relatively friendly but quick to move on to helping the next person. Venue- The cleanliness of the hotel was very good, 3 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool was good, the also have a sauna and massage rooms. No entertainment at the hotel and no music being played in any area which was disappointing. Rooms- Very clean and spacious, bed was comfortable and also had a small patio area with table and chairs (we were on the ground floor) Food- Very poor! The food was pretty much the same for breakfast lunch and dinner and wasnt very hot, the meat selection was minimal and not all cooked properly, burgers still pink and pork was pretty much just fat with a slim bit of actual meat. Drinks- Only drinks offered in the all inclusive was beer and sangria (3 at lunch, 3 at dinner) and these had to be consumed in the restaurant, free soft drink at pool bars all 11am-7pm If you wanted to have a drink outside of the restaurant you had to pay €1 deposit for a plastic cup. Activities- There was no entertainment at the hotel, they offered mini golf, volleyball, football and tennis court but these all included additional charges as did towels for the pool. The was a sauna and massage room but the massages were an additional charge. Location- Just outside of the main tourist area which was nice as it was a lot quieter then the ***** but only about 10 min walk to the main *****. Overall disappointed with this hotel, it has so much potential and could be an amazing place with a few changes.
