The hotel provided excellent service from cleanliness of rooms to availability of food types and a warm welcome .A big heartfelt thankyou to Maitre D' Amine who went above and beyond with such professionalism and real dedication.To the Chefs who served vegetarian food to order ,all at no extra cost .All staff tried to accommodate guests and make our stay enjoyable .Price was extremely affordable for the 15 nights we stayed and had the choice of indoor and outdoor pool.

A great hotel Very friendly staff who could not do enough for you Maya’s a and dia dia were brilliant even getting us medicine when we all went down with a bug The shop owner was great as well sorting the quads and camels for us Brilliant excursions and really cheap We do plan to go back 9 of us and all loved it

It was a good Hotel with a very high quality of service specially animation team, Slim Fast, Dhia,Meissa, and not to forget the DJ Rached who was very Pro and always they are smiling and welcoming the guests making the atmosphere wavely and movable for Kids either for parents, keep up! Really i enjoyed the vacation 🥰.

the best care we have experienced in a hotel. we were here with our family and we really enjoyed our stay. the hotel has its years, but it is still maintained and the restaurant and staff service was exceptional. We would definitely like to visit again

Nour Palace Thalasso and Spa/Loveholidays We have just returned from 10 day stay at this hotel. We are a party of 11 (7 adults and 4 children). We have stayed at many all inclusive holidays worldwide and aren’t one of life’s moaners as we have had good and bad holidays but it’s what you make it. That being said, I felt it right to comment for other holiday goers looking to come to this hotel. Firstly, it was a cheap all inclusive holiday and we chose the cheaper option of going from a airport further away but stupidly forgot to check transfer times until we had booked it that it was a three hour (private transfer)/four hour (coach) transfer from Carthage airport to the hotel. It made a lot of difference on price and you can see why, so be aware. We booked this hotel because last year we went to Hammamet but we thought we’d go somewhere with more for the kids to do hence the water park and bowling so we suffered the long transfers with this in mind. Both of these are shut and the animation team don’t do much during the day with kids. Probably different when hotel at full capacity but at 9.45pm music goes off and no other entertainment happens. It’s as though they don’t want you to stay up and drink as it’s dead by 10pm. Kids club is shut as apparently it’s all out of season. I did complain to Loveholidays who said it’s stated in their t&cs that certain activities are closed various months of the year. It should be made clear on each hotel what and when their facilities are open from. It currently isn’t clear. We were told the water slides do not open until June. We would have gone somewhere else as there was cheaper alternatives closer to airports but with less activities for the children. The hotel itself is lovely. Lots of people moaning it’s not 5 star. It’s not comparing it to worldwide standards but for Tunisia it is. Most of the staff are lovely and helpful. Yasmin the waiter in the restaurant is absolutely brilliant! All of the waiters and crepe/omelette cook is extremely helpful. I have asked the head chef several times for them to fry some eggs at dinner time for my fussy vegetarian kids but they didn’t seem too happy as there was other vegetarian food about which they don’t eat but they did do it. There is plenty of food to choose from if you’re a meat eater, although repetitive. The pool is great and the beach entrance is lovely. Obviously there is people trying to sell you stuff all the time when you go out or to the beach but that is renown for these countries. Although I didn’t like the guy on the moped on the beach who opened his seat to find he has a hawk bird inside. Come let’s take photo. No thanks. Cruel! We had 3 of 11 people fall ill with food poisoning at the start of our holiday here. My son fell ill on day two, after lunchtime, and was violently sick and had diarrhoea for 2 days but couldn’t eat throughout or for the following day. He has stomach cramps from the violent vomiting. The hotel itself is lovely but the staff are what made this holiday, with it being out of season not everything was open but the entertainment staff were amazing and ensured we had a great time. Would of loved to experience the water slides and more options for food but never the less it was an amazing trip and time away with the family and making new friends along the way x Thank you for a lovely 10 days 🦋x

Just come home from a fantastic 10 days here and can honestly say we had the best time , it was out of season still so slides and snack bars were not open ( would of liked to know that before I booked ) however we met some great people here bio is so talented and amazing with kids and truly made our holiday , slimfast and rico were fab too and the 3 of them ensured entertainment was spot on day and night , yassine and the restaurant staff were fantastic and the food although sometimes was very much the same was delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the housekeeping was spot on everyday , remi and the bar staff were great fun and kept our drinks flowing (always a bonus ) location as others have said is 3 hrs from airport so that was a drag and not much around the hotel unless u like walking miles , thank u nour palace staff we made some treasured memories on this holiday as well as some friends for life 🙏

Absolutely fabulous place in Tunisia! So nice welcome during check in especialy Mr. Slim and Abdul. Thanks for your service. Very comfortable rooms which include TV,air condition, safe. Clean bathroom with lot of towels and cosmetic packige. Also have ti mention guy from technic service.We need some repair on room and gentleman did So fast, usualy you wait few days but not here. Restaurant is also beautifull place with delicious food and loooot of delicious food! Bar nést the recepcion is open 24/7 again ,trest service . In total hotel is super nice and staff are very friendly ,helpfull. Areal around hotel is full of palms and busches so you feel comfortable. Huge pool and slides for adult/children.Just beach is bit small but clean and so close to hotel..Every were in areal are bars and restaurants and also snack bars.So you don’t be hungry or thirsty.This hotel can RECOMENDED!

Wonderful week away all staff amazing can't do enough to make you holiday special,especially ezzine looked after us wonderfully, but all staff are brilliant.hotel didn't have much entertainment this time of year but that suited us as we needed a quiet holiday ,but apparently lots of in season, we would definitely return to this hotel a wonderful restful week good food and drink ,room lovely thankyou
