Hotel Royal Residency

The place is right on the main road close to all the visiting spots. Our check in was smooth and the suite had big rooms but were not very clean. The bed sheet had stains on them, however on informing the staff they changed it. The blanket also provided in a double room was for a single person but the staff provided additional blankets on request. The food was good in taste, however the ***ager needs to have a customer centric focus which was missing. He charged us ₹500 to switch on the airconditioner while having our lunch since the restaurant does not have any air-conditioning.

Extremely good room, cordial staff and very good food. Perfect stay for a family. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Their restaurant on the rooftop coupled with good food makes it special. The team is very helpful. Thanks to the team we git to do aarti at Narmada ghat as they proactively gave the information at the time of check in.
