Highly recommend coming here for either family, couples or even friends holiday! All the staff are very kind and friendly, service is high standard and the food/drinks are amazing especially in the Bistro Restaurant, we spent our lunches in there every day Entertainment is brilliant, always something different on including fire shows, live music, competitions! The animation staff also make so much effort with everyone making friendships, taking you to nightclubs and giving you the full Alanya experience!! Pool is very big and great to chill by, do different pool activities like aqua aerobics, water polo, dances around the pool and also do games of darts and volleyball at the beach! DJ music all day and night which is absolutely class Rooms are cleaned every day with fresh sheets and towels, shower is powerful and get good night sleep with amazing aircon! There is so much more to this hotel and you would not regret coming here! Love from the scottish couple xx

Amazing holiday all staff are brilliant!! Somet Emre Morat and Ramzan!! Entertainment, is spot on and food was good, rooms are clean, we lost our passports and Somet told me to calm relax and he will find them, within a few hours, HE FOUND THEM!!! we are going back in September!! I heartily recommend it, beautiful views, good food, close to the beach. Attractions are always provided, the staff knows how to take care of the customer. In the evenings there are shows and dances. The area is quiet but there are a lot of shops and places to see. The weather in September is great. Worth every penny. We'll be happy to come back next year!

I will share a review - in Lithuania, a TezTour representative sold this hotel as 5 stars. Our mistake is that we did not check ourselves. Judging as a 4-star hotel, it would probably be good. I will try not to focus on the issue of cleanliness in the common areas of the hotel, the limited presence of hygiene items and their non-replenishment (no problem, we bought our own), disposable/plastic dishes in the evening and many other details that I had to encounter for the first time. Since we traveled a lot, we didn't stay in the hotel that much. • Massages in the spa center are good enough. • The service staff - almost all of them are excellent, the staff is the real asset of this hotel. Good, friendly, helpful, smiling people - that's what people miss the most when they return home. I would like to draw attention to the fact that there is one middle-aged or older man with longer hair working at the reception desk, he is a person that many hotel guests tried to avoid, without extra money no issue is solved, empathy 0. It is worth thinking about changing the profession for this person. But it was not as it might seem - two young men worked - one of them Tolgahan, the other (if I remember) I will write. Excellent, friendly, helpful - they helped, directed, always met with a good mood! The girl who made coffee at the Lobby bar, Ege, is always smiling, kind, personally warm like the Turkish sun! In the bar by the sea, the woman making the drinks is such a warm person, smiling and kind☀️. Thank you for the good emotions! In the field of catering, basically everyone is wonderful, polite! ☀️ The food is good - no poisoning, full of fruits, vegetables, chicken and turkey. Fewer healthy options as well - in other words, you will find a wide variety of whatever food you want. As for evening programs, considerable attention is paid to children. Russian speakers should really like it. :) As for the internet within the hotel - it is paid, only the wifi connection was really poor, there was no internet connection more often than there was. Or you had to leave your room or find another place in the hotel to use the internet.

The best animators I've ever met: Emre🫶, Samet🫶, Murat🫶. Always smiling, helpful, encouraging animation 🕺🏹🤽‍♀️. The events outside the hotel are amazing. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Tasty food and good drinks 🍹 I love this place 🫶🫶🫶🫶

Hello guys ı came here 1 weeks ago and we lıked thıs hotel cause all staff ıs kınd everytime them is smilling emre and Murat ıs fav for us they dont want somethıng wıthout aktivity and food ıs delicious bar is normal but everytime there is busy 👏🏻👏🏻
