The hotel has nine location. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

It was almost attached to alharam mosque short walk to it and there was a speaker inside the room for the athan and prayer

Extremely rude and arrogant staff. Disciminating between arabs and other nationalities. Very poor customer service. Do not stay here!

The curtains in the room did not work and we were left with bright lights shining into room
All night and the hotel staff at front desk didn't seem to care at all. The hotel also has an ATM part of hotel that has been known to have defects and eats the cards you put into it and charge you for money you try and take out (without you actually getting the money also!!) - there help on this matter was really bad too

Luxurious hotel . Best location near King Fahad gate . Lavish breakfast . Courteous and efficient staff .Perfect cleanliness . I would also choose Dar ul Taqwa Intercontinental Hotel for future pilgrimage to Makkah .
