Room was having foul odour, also the *** (some pandey fellow) available on the reception denied giving the bill during checkout, until l i raised complaint at mmt. Only later on he agreed to give the bill. Unnecessarily wasted precious time during checkout. I suggest that hotel should keep customer friendly *** at the reception. Rest assured food was good and ambience overall was nice.

Burst experience ever. Amenities is mot provided by hotel staff asking for paid service which is available in all hotel is complimentary. Like dental kit, shaving kit tea bags extra extra. Never stay again

Staff is good and cooperative all is good, room are spacious and neat and clean transportation available

Water is dripping from the ceiling of the washroom. I realised when i took my shower and then suddenly felt a drop of water on my shoulder.

The rooms were unhygienic and dirty. Bathroom was not clean and in-spite of sharing with reception, it was not cleaned. Bedsheets were dirty, seemed not changed after early guest checked out. Overall not good experience.

Nice spacious room. Cleaning excellent food quality very good. Worth for money nice location staff obedient, service fast

Great hospitality and clean.Food was tasty and reasonably priced.They even agreed for late checkout.

The ambience is good. I have been provided with a room with a stinky toilet but on demand it was changed in minutes. The staff was very supportive still they need to work on the toilets and bed sheets. That is my suggestion.

Not was as expected, even dental kit was asked to pay as well, and staff was arguing for adding 2nd guest name in stay bill, although the restaurant staff was helping and food quality and taste is good
