The hotel location is perfectly closed to all attractions within walking distance.
Room located at the end which is very noisy, sound proof system is bad.
Other than that it is a good hotel to stay.

The toilet smells bad when entering the room, and it is inconvenient to put food on the tilted table

Very bad experience. Room 102 air con not working. They have no room to change me. End up I got to request 2 fans for the Room. Unfortunately 1 fan was not working 😕. Toilet bowl after flush once, water leaking until repair 6-7 times. The door was broken. Front desk gave me physical key. I took video when I back to Hotel. They are doing door repairing. I request for compensation as FOC ... the manager replied to staff trip.com tell me check out. They will full refund me. Last minute tell me off. What kind of services business provide? Trip.com staff is very efficient and considerate. They compensation me RM200. Not from Hotel. I will keep on supporting trip.com cos very smart and efficient service I got. I will report tribunal consumer claim in this issue about how horrible and terrible of the hotel manager kick me put from the premises instead he had responsibility to take care my stay.

Overall a nice boutique hotel. Fantastic location. Nice bathroom. Very comfy bed! A pleasant stay in a nutshell!

The location is walkable distance to Jonker street which is the main touristic area in Melaka. You can walk along the river and you may enjoy the scenery on the way to Jonker street.
The room is just okay with no view but the vibe of the hotel itself is very antique. Seems there are lots of popular cafes just next door.
The bathroom is spacious. I may come back to the room facing the river!

The location is great, just walking distance to jonker and a lot of food there. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, it had a free parking space but first come first serve and very small. The room is quite big and clean also.
