The staff was always Soo warm and friendly . The cookies was yummy . Always hope to book again for stay .. looking forward for our next visit

I booked a King Suite room. It is very spacious room with separate bathroom, bathtub and toilet. There is a nespesso coffee machine in the Suite. The hotel use WhatsApp to communicate with guest. All request is attended promptly. Breakfast is local and international spread, which was quite good. Location is suitable for guest with own transport.

Hotel is well situated and well equipped. More importantly, the rooms are clean and tidy. Staffs are friendly and patient. Will come back again!

The service was great. The lady at the reception was very polite and helpful. The room was good and spacious. The breakfast had a reasonable selection of foods. Need more labels for the food though.
The toilet can be improved. The room we were in, the shower door made a noise when opening and closing which was quite annoying at night. The door to the WC is not a soft closing door. The water heater was not really reliable and consistent.
Despite a little drawbacks here and there, it was a pleasant stay at Doubletree Melaka.

Great hotel,receptionist at Ground floor are polite and very helpful.
Breakfast is good ,quite a variety of food,Malay,Indian and Chinese food as well as others.
Gym is good,4 treadmills to use and offer city view on the gym.

The room was amazingly large for 2 pax and had plenty of TV channels. Room was spotless and had the usual amenities. Room also had a great view and we were lucky to have fireworks that night since it was still Chinese New Year period.
