Overall experience is fine.. There is a nice Nyoya restaurant (Ole Sayang) next to it. There is nice chicken rice ball opposite this hotel.

Quite dirty and dusty everywhere. Please avoid if you are going with family. Let the photos speak. Location wise great but please do something to keep the room clean. Limited clear channel for tv as well

Returning stay in this hotel. Location is good, and parking provided is free. Recommended.

The hotel is pretty nice, and unexpected for this price(maybe because it's malacca) so far it's quite good, surprisingly not far from most attractions at all you can walk there (15-20 minutes)to AFamosa & 10 mins to Dataran pahlawan. Everything works nicely in the room got kettle & stuff (no fridge) but no noise cancellation as well can hear ppl beside our room as well as outside

Little bit away from the main attractions but you get a more local vibe in this area booked this hotel because in need a fridge to store medication said online that came with fridge even came to the hotel and checked said yes room has fridge. So went away booked online with trip got there checked in went to room no fridge. So went down to reception asked about fridge said does not come with fridge explained about needing one and specifically visiting the day before and it saying online that room has fridge. Said she would speak to maintenance. Fifteen minutes later man knock on door with fridge very relieved. No other problems staff friendly polite room looked like pictures and was clean would stay here again

1. Location Strategically located nearby Hatten Hotel and Mahkota Parade. Walking distance about 8-10 mins. Have speedmart 99 & Watson's just across the street from the hotel. Also a famous Baba nyonya restaurant (Ole Sayang) right beside. 2. Service Free parking provided behind the hotel (not shaded). Otherwise can park at the roadside carpark by MBMB & claim the money from hotel. 3. Cleanliness Overall is ok. Can be cleaner. Stained sheets & toilet sink can be seen. 4. Amenities Basic toiletries provided, however we noticed the dental kit has been open. So we dare not use it. Clean filtered (Coway) water & ironing board provided at every level. Only local channels in the TV, but we're out most of the time, so ok.

Im very satisfied stayed at this hotel...their service, cleanliness and location very good! i will repeat to stay again if im back to Melaka after this

Hotel was decent and nicely clean. Recommended for families and couples. Parking also provided for free .Nice thanks and keep it up
