Not good unless your german! First we booked a superior room with Seaview +pool view we got niether!our first room overlooked the childs pool toilet in the shower sink in the bedroom and a jacuzzi bath in the bedroom not what we booked at all! We asked to move which we did to another jacuzzi room but this had a separate toilet it was my birthday so we decided to use the jacuzzi big mistake!! The whole room flooded! And the a/c broke we asked to move again and was given a bungalow opposite the road it was sufficient but not the room we booked food awful Jeani on the pool bar brilliant That's it

Rooms - As a family of 4 in a superior bungalow we found the room quite tight. 4 single beds in one small studio room. However, the air con was great! Rooms cleaned everyday. Pool - My kids loved it so happy days! However, they have a no towel policy for the beds. Well the beds were full by 8am, with towels so that didn’t completely work. Staff - very friendly! Very helpful. Food and drink - This was the downfall. The drinks were awful and the food wasn’t great at all. In fact we ate out everyday because of this. There isn’t a children’s section, or a vegetation section - it’s just completely random food that isn’t to most people’s preferences. Many said the same. We aren’t fussy eaters but the food was honestly awful along with the watered down (non branded) drinks. Entertainment - didn’t stay for much of it due to eating out. However, I do agree with a previous comment about sexualised rap music - very random at times! Not all the time, just very random odd occasions - like 10am. Especially with young children who look at you when the swearing starts! However, the rest of the daily music was fine. Just that random couple of times. Location - it’s a great base, great restaurants. Go to Bites - a little cafe down the road. Cheap and so delicious. Also neighbouring restaurants - every restaurant works so hard to be honest. Lovely family businesses. Overall, I don’t think this hotel is a great all-inclusive hotel. The food and drinks aren’t up to scratch. If I was reviewing this alone it would be 2 star! However, as I said this is a good base if you can afford to go out every night - it’s more of a self catering holiday. We certainly didn’t think we’d be spending as much as we did! We going out made it for us!

Just back from the best 2 weeks at Kyknos beach, we loved every mintue of our time away. The hotel was of a high standard, staff were so friendly & welcoming, rooms cleaned every day. Nasos the restaurant manager was so lovely, organising a birthday song & cake for my daughter in the restaurant. BBQ night on a Wednesday, wow! amaxing food & great Greek performers, really traditional evening which was very enjoyable. You can always find a sunbed around the pool also. If I had to find one teeny issue, it would be breakfast mostly being catered for the German travellers, but wouldnt stop us from going again!

Visited with family and friends for 10 nights, this was our 5th visit. This time my elderly Mother was in a wheelchair. We had rooms in the hotel which were great and my Mom was in a single room. The hotel, staff were fantastic. The hotel had been renovated since our last visit which was much improved. The food was really good, and the barbecue was again exceptional. Thank you to Nassau for all his hard work organising this event. Also Andy who worked at the bar and restaurant was a credit to the hotel, nothing was too much trouble to help us. We will be returning next year with my elderly Mother. Just one request, it would be great if the hotel could provide a ramp to push wheelchairs and pushchairs up the steps to the lift. This would save 2 of us having to lift the wheelchair up the steps. Don't hesitate to book the hotel is in a great location with amazing staff. See you next June.

Me and a couple mates went to kyknos for a lads holiday in Malia. It was a nice hotel very quiet and peaceful. I'll be honest though the staff at the hotel made our holiday. The amount of good times and laughs we had with them. If you go to the bar ask them about the rakia king (d from the t). I had to shout out giannis, lefterisse, Florida and marilenna and Louis. Amazing people and will definitely be going back there just to see them.

We had a lovely holiday here. From start to finish we had a great time. On arrival we was meet by a very friendly member of staff she was the night supervisor. Made sure we had some food and drink while she was sorting out our rooms and she filled in the paperwork for us and sorted out our rooms for us ,then when we finish our food she showed us to our lovely rooms. The food was very good and the staff was very friendly the cocktails and drinks was very good. One member of staff which I thought was the most friendliest and most helpful was Andy so well done. I loved the pool and the sun beds in the pool was great and we could always get sun beds around the pool. The only thing I would add is a snack bar for things like burgers and chips but I found the food very good just for the children would be good but they did bring out snacks at 3pm near the pool bar. Very happy and would come again for sure.

Nice hotel within easy walking distance of the beach, bars and restaurants. The staff were great, special mentions for Andy and Stella. Reception was great too.. We were located in block 6 on the ground floor, the room was nicely decorated albeit a bit compact, we had a large patio area that wasn’t quite a superior garden view, we looked out onto the apartment block next door. The bathroom had probably the best shower I have experienced on a holiday so far though water still escaped. The food i really enjoyed, though would like better labelling ie. Vegetarian etc. The alcohol part was passable.. Nicest local beach, turn right at the entrance on beach road, walk to Icarus luxury spa and hotel, go through entrance a follow the road, the blue sun beds are the cheaper ones. Public transport is a bit hit n miss, bus stop is in easy walking distance.

Very good, lovely staff and very welcoming, good entertainment food can become repetitive but still very good! Bbq night is so good!! Different food, entertainment well worth it would definitely recommend! Easy access to malia ***** and Stalida. Amazing restaurant near by, loved Anatolia

Our stay at the hotel was ace, the food was as expected but the pool bar more than makes up for that, good entertainment and nice rooms, if you e there look out for Lefteri, Louly, Yanis & Andy they’ll give the the best service possible… guaranteed to make your stay better!
