Alexander Beach Hotel & Village Resort

We just got home from Alexander Beach Hotel yesterday and all I can say is what an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff and made feel very comfortable and welcome straight away. Our room was lovely and spotlessly clean. The resort is like a traditional Greek village style and it is maintained beautifully. We tried each of the restaurants and the staff and food were both fantastic. We asked for a special dinner for our wedding anniversary and with absolutely no hassle there was a stunning sunset dinner on the beach arranged for us. The entertainment at the hotel was a particular highlight for us. The animators were some of the most friendly people we met and we had so much fun getting involved in both the daytime and evening activities. The setting of Alexander Beach Hotel on a private beach was another highlight for us. We went parasailing and had the best time! Overall I would highly recommend Alexander Beach Hotel...it was a fantastic relaxing place to holiday and we will have fond memories for years to come.

Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff. The waiting staff at the restaurant were very friendly and hardworking. Making sure our meals were enjoyable. Good atmosphere and ambiance around the hotel. Loved the beach and the fact that it had a secluded feel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The excellent reviews made me choose Hotel Alexander Beach for our first trip to Crete. And I have to say, they are true. This is an amazing hotel in many regards. I have never met friendlier and more welcoming staff at a hotel. The staff everywhere, at the desk, at the restaurants, the bars, the cleaning ladies, the therapists, all very very attentive. They helped us, made us laugh, tried to accommodate every wish, were great with the kids. The rooms, the hotel and the beautifully maintained garden and pool areas (4 pools) were spotlessly clean. The food at all the à la Carte restaurants (Oliva, Taverna, lemon grass, Pool bar) was very good, even excellent, and the breakfast buffet has an amazing choice. Get there early in the morning if you want to sit outside on the covered terrace for a breakfast with direct views of the beach and the sea.. Also the rooms were almost perfect, two bedrooms on two levels, connected by a stair. The only downside was that one of the kids‘ beds was narrower than a regular bed (probably 80cm). But the mattresses were all very comfortable. The bathroom very functional, good pressure in the shower. The only thing I would replace is the hairdryer, the blow was too weak to get my hair dry, but that’s a minor problem. The rooms were spotlessly cleaned every day, and towels and linen replaced regularly. Wonderfully thick and fluffy towels, white for inside the rooms, blue for pool and beach. No need to bring your own towels. There were also thick white bathrobes, which I liked. I want to thank the whole team of Alexander Beach for making this an absolutely wonderful stay!

This hotel is amazing. We spent our summer here with our kids. This hotel has everything we needed and the amazing time and service we had was above all our expectations. First, all the staff is very kind and helpful for any kind of requests we had. We understood this from our first discussion with Kostas, the reservation manager who is so kind and making sure every customer would be satisfied during their entire stay. Manos, the food and beverage manager is amazing as well, so is its entire team. The Italian restaurant Oliva is delicious and offers a large menu from delicious pastas, fresh caprese, seafood, meat, incredible cooked vegetables,… to make happy everyone. The breakfast is also great, everything we wanted was there! From the on-demand omelettes to the freshly baked crepes and pastries, fruits assortments, cooked meals, … everything. The bar restaurant is a so beautiful and quiet spot and offers the most beautiful view on the beach. There we could order all kind of snacks and play snooker. This spot is very representative of the hotel : a 5 stars hotel but no showing off :) Exactly what we love ! Best kids club. We have been in several kids club before and as parents, of course this is so important: happy kids, happy parents. Exactly as the entire staff of the hotel, the kids club staff is AMAZING, so good heart and giving their best to make the little guest happy. Our kids spent some time there almost every afternoon and had the best time ! They speak different languages but most of all, they speak the kids’ one perfectly. Very professional, very good people. Thanks Natalia and Veronica for the love you gave to our kids that love you so much. The animation team is great as well !! When we were in the mood of activities we could join the games and pool animations as well as the mini disco in the evening that the kids and we loved! The team gives all to make happy the clients and has so much energy !! The housekeeping is very good and very kind too. The nice beach offers water sports and we had the chance to make some jet sky and banana boat :) There is also a games corner and an area to play chests and many more kind of games. Fitness center, spa, several pools, some with animation, some for quiet times, one kid pool with little slides, tennis courts (and an amazing tennis teacher) We loved our time there and will be back as soon as possible

Dimitris M is very friendly and the massage was really good the weather here is very good. The Hotel is very clean and service also very good. The SPA are have a pool and its very relaxing. Perfect for you and your familie or girlfriend or boyfriend.
