The bathrooms were clean and well-equipped with modern amenities. There are also a few separate chalets for those seeking more privacy or a more immersive farm experience. The unique touches, like handcrafted furniture, add to the character of the place. Food: The meals at Burgsdorf Guest Farm were one of the highlights of my stay. They offer hearty, home-cooked meals made from fresh, local ingredients—many sourced directly from the farm itself. The breakfast spread was generous, with fresh bread, eggs, and fruit, while the dinner menus often included traditional Namibian dishes like game meat and vegetables grown on-site. Dining here feels like you’re part of the family, as meals are often shared communally in a warm, welcoming dining area. Service: The service was outstanding. The owners and staff at Burgsdorf make you feel like you’re part of the family from the moment you arrive. Their hospitality is genuine, and they go out of their way to ensure guests have a memorable experience. What a five star experience! Host Lien went all out! Very spacious clean rooms, with refreshments, clean bathrooms and Extra large bed with good bedding. Dinner and breakfast was delicious and service of staff exceptional. Lovely near to nature experience, with beautiful views. A must stay over (but try to stay more than one night)

We had an amazing stay at Burgsdorf Guest Farm! We stayed as a couple for one night to celebrate my husbands birthday. During the animal feeding we had a chat with the lovely manager Sanita, who gave us valuable information about the farms rescue animals. We told her about my husbands birthday and she managed to arrange a last minute birthday cake for him during dinner. We really appreciated it! The rooms and dinner were also great! Thank you Sanita & team for making our stay memorable! We will be back :)

Staying at Burgsdorf Guest Farm was an exceptional experience. There is a very big probability to see very rear animals (that we even could not see in Etosha). During our road trip in Namibia, we have been accomodated in 13 locations and Burgsdorf was for us absolute number 1! The rooms are absolutely amazing, great view, nice and clean. If you have the possibility, go for the deluxe room, it is worth it. The staff is so friendly and Anita is just great. She has offered to bake for us a cake when we mentioned we would like to have one. And the pool and it's area is wonderful. The food is great. We have felt welcome and so nicely treated. This location is definitely recommendable 😊 P.S. The beds are totally comfortable.

Beautiful location with exceptional wildlife and great home made food. We met a friendly Springboek and got really close to one of the cheetahs that visit the farm and then goes back to the wilderness. The new rooms are luxurious, with a river dam in front of the private porches that provides a personal view of the animals as they drink. The grounds are huge and the friendly staff offer game drives too. A true example of eco tourism, the farm is located in an old German police station from the colonial era and has been transformed into a wildlife sanctuary, with rescue animals visiting for nourishment and care, affording guests a unique experience.

Die kleine Farm ist nicht ganz leicht zu finden, da sie 10 km von der Hauptroute weg liegt. Zufahrt nur durch gesichertes Tor. Gemütliche Anlage mit Tieren in allernächster Nähe. Kleines, nettes Restaurant mit gemühtlicher Lounge. Alles sehr schön und sauber. Unser Zimmer allerdings war schon etwas älter und nicht sehr gemütlich. Ich glaube aber, es gibt dort auch sehr viel schönere und neuere Zimmer. Wir waren nur 1 Nacht hier und erhielten daher wohl ein älteres. Das angebotene Buffet hat uns gut geschmeckt.

Nous étions de passage, nous n'avons malheureusement pas eu le temps d'y dormir mais nous voulions absolument y passer et voir les rhinochéros. Cependant nous sommes arrivés vers 14H et c'était trop tôt pour les voir (pas avant 16h30/17h lorsqu'ils reviennent à la ferme manger). NOus avons pu déjeuner et faire quelques brasses dans la piscine. L'endroit est beau, isolé et calme. La ferme protège les rhinocéros et facilite leur reproduction. Ils font un beau travail qu'il faut soutenir. Nous vous recommandons donc d'y séjourner et de prendre votre temps!

Просто фантастическая локация,о которой не знают даже знатоки Намибии.Частная ферма буквально в 200 км от СОССУСФЛЕЙ,на которой кроме шикарного размещения и отличного питания можно вживую увидеть диких носорогов,приходящих на водопой или"домашний ужин".Хозяюшка Лиан делает всё,чтобы вам понравилось проживание,а ещё непременно хотелось вернуться ещё раз.Шикарные номера за небольшие по меркам Намибии деньги и просто королевский ужин за смешные деньги склоняют вас именно к этой мысли.А ещё приходящие-уходящие дикие животные,ночные совы и гепарды-что надо ещё настоящему путешественнику?ОДНОЗНАЧНО ВСЕМ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ К ПРОЖИВАНИЮ!!!
