직원들은 친근하고 서비스는 좋습니다.
다만 합리적인 가격으로 allinclusive를 제공하기 때문에,
음식의 가짓수나 구성이 떨어집니다.
예산이 허락한다면 안탈리아 쪽 올인클루시브 호텔을 추천합니다

Nice and comfortable place, amazing food, guests mostly pensioners. Outside is a bus to Manavgat and Side. Great staff, especially Hacer (thank you!) Reception could be friendlier and speak better English. Food was promised with early check out and no food was provided (since the restaurant was closed), that was the only unpleasant thing during my stay. If I knew it, I would take something from dinner the night before. I loved the pine garden with areas to sit and relax and especially the warm pool - amazing in the beginning of April when the sea and normal pool are still cold.

We had an excellent experience in the hotel.All team was very friendly and everybody did our stay wonderful.The food was very good,breakfast,lunch and dinner,we enjoyed so much.The rooms are very clean and our maid was taking care us carefully with big smile😊.We are planning to come back again in 2 months and stay longer.Many thanks to all staff for everything 😊💓

Beautiful place, clean pool, lots of delicious foods, friendly & efficient staff, clean room, great night entertainment, easy access to the beach, near to mini markets. The best of all is the number 10 disco bus that goes to Side town at night.

Very good experience overall. Hotel is so clean! Food was varied and nice. Beach experience and service was very good. Animation team appalling. No effort from the two leads, their interaction was poor. Forgot that the hotel attracts not only German customers. Please remember regardless the nationality, customer experience is always first. The animation team and the Al la carte were the only let downs. I will be looking to book Labranda hotels in the future.

Lovely hotel, staff are very attentive, was always clean and tidy, mostly German and Russian and catered towards more older people, but honestly it didn’t matter as we felt very welcome. If you’re a fussy eater the food may be an issue but we were generally okay and it’s not at fault of the food itself. Overall a lovely holiday.

Very nice hotel. Staff very helpful. The beach is very close and there is a bus to there. Food was variable and delicious. The room was clean and spacious . The pool was clean. If you are looking for somewhere to relax and enjoy a vacation i recommend this place.

We had a fantastic 2 week vacation at this beautiful hotel. Don't listen to the reviews about it being a German hotel. We were the only British there at the time at felt very welcome with all the the other holiday makers, no matter where they were from. The hotel was spotless, Food was varied but always found something delicious to eat, The pool and beach were nice and always plenty of Sunbeds. Bus into Side and Manavgat leaves outside the front gate. Great way to get around the Area. Special mention to all the staff, even tho some of them couldn't understand our Scottish accent they always tried to help and understand but a special thanks to Hacen!! She was there everyday asking how we were doing and giving us ideas what to do while we were there. Thank You Labranda for another great 2 weeks in Turkey. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff really do make it an exceptional place to stay

Thank you very much for a pleasant vacation. You were lucky in choosing your employees, they are nice people - professionals in their field. I can definitely recommend your hotel for a peaceful holiday. The food was faultless. Each person must have chosen. The point was fruit.
