Πολύ βασικό αλλά υπέροχο, εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία για το στάδιο Etihad μόλις 30 λεπτά με τα πόδια.

There was a snafu at check-in as I dragged my luggage to the second floor (or first in UK) floor room, only to find another guest and her dog in the room. Then I was given a first (or ground) floor room. The room is of an OK size and the small desk is actually big enough for working with your laptop. For the price, this place is OK. On major bus routes.

You get what you pay for, but overall good value. The place is pretty basic, but everything works and I got a good night’s sleep. For the location, parking was cheap. The staff were really helpful and in particular Claire on reception was awesome.

The ceiling tiles were mouldy. Apparently the water pipes had issues and the water had just been turned back on when I arrived. No one at reception when I arrived but three staff members were stood outside and watched me walk past as I entered and let me wait there a few minutes until the woman came in to check me in. Then She went back outside to chat. Coffee machine is crap. The bar looks like it’s in some dingy spare bedroom during lockdown. Zero ambience. Walls so thin you can hear every conversation in the next room. Don’t do private business calls here.

We had a great overnight stay at sport city for the Take That concert in Manchester. The hotel was lovely and clean, the staff were lovely and very helpful with bus routes and times for too and fro the concert. The rooms were comfortable and no noise was heard throughout the night. The breakfast was lovely. Very welcome and delicious too. Thank you all.

Stayed for 2 nights on the 18th May to go & watch the last Manchester City match of the season. All staff were very welcoming from the minute I arrived to the minute I checked out. Nothing was too much trouble from booking us a taxi to take us to the football ground to providing extra towels & milk when requested. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

What a great stay. Stayed for 2 nights for business. Kay on reception was fantastic at check in and also working the bar to serve drinks and take food orders. Hotel was nice and clean and breakfast was good. Evening food was good as well. Great stay all round. KAY is an asset to the team
