The guy at the reception has first class in hospitality so friendly and very nice.
I wish there's space to rate him a 10 star 🌟.

Good area. Nice staff. Plenty of shops about from supermarket to post office. Would recommend

The hotel is in range of everything anyone could need. From a post office to a takeaway. Even off licences. It not to far from the city centre.

Quiet safe with plenty of shops and takeaway shops around. Big supermarket within 10 minutes walk. In a quiet area

The host was extremely polite and made us feel very welcomed - EXCELLLENT guest house - Cheap and homely would definitely stay again and recommend anyone else too

Great venue, reasonable price, great access to the city nice an close via taxi. Host was great explained about the venue and access woth codes and lock box. Thank you for your hospitality

Rooms are very small and the washrooms are not clean and smells bad. No tissues in the toilet. No dustbin in the room. We had a very bad experience. Very disappointed ☹️

We thought we had been conned when we first pulled up because it looked like it had closed down. I think the place was being used to home asylum seeker families or the homeless. Rooms were small & filthy a bit like a prison cell but with no tv!

I must say l was more than happy to stay Thier staff was so helpful and very understanding explained everything to us and showed us a round our room that was lovely and clean plenty of clean towels tea coffee milk biscuits fresh clean bedding plenty of pillows l will differently will stay Thier next time l visit Manchester
