Room was clean, staff was excellent. We did not had breakfast coz we were sleeping. Food was nice. Rate was reasonable. They had vallet parking as well. Just they knock on the door too loud in the morning for cleaning the room. Even that's not an issue per se. So good overall

The location is right in front of the beach and this property is very spacious and also pet friendly. The food here is average but the buffet prices are cheap and they serve variety of cuisines. Service is good.

Food is very limited. A restaurant in bengal hardly having basic bengali dishes is not good. Room stay is fine and also one can spend good time by roaming around the property. Amenities seems to be not maintained properly

As per the room rate the room is not up to the mark all plug points were loose and ac remote was not working on first go, electric kettle not working, its not expected from a property like victoria, food cost high! overall will rate average !

The resort is not good now. Like it was before. They are charging the same amount. But toilet, handshower, hand basin everything is broken. In 24 hours, the electricity has gone upto 6 or 7 times. Even the room door lock was jammed too

Resort is too expensive according to the services offered. It offers 3 star hotel services but it charges like a 5 star hotel rates. Also they allow cheap crowd to stay. Food quality is not good. Only chinese food is good. They should decrease their resort rates & improve their fooding quality.

Hotel is nice. Specially hotel staffs are very helpful. But there is only concern about the rate if you book from makemytrip. We booked each room for 6300 without breakfast. But when we talk with the front desk they are charging 4700 for the same room with breakfast. So, my advise is book this hotel directly. If you book through mmt, it will cost you much more. There should not be price difference. Then you feel like cheated.

Only approach road to hotel is little bit confusing. It is an ideal pet friendly hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast
