Clean rooms, friendly service, mini-ref available. Hotel is budget friendly and near restaurants and nice places to visit (including Binondo Church).

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Thank you red planet!!!

I super enjoyed our stay in this hotel. There’s refrigerator and heater too so if you want to bring foods, you can. Super convenient. No problems with internet connection at all so I got to work. :))

Good location .. clean hotel.. affordable price..
but dont expect tooth brush or slippers..
but bottom line its a clean budget hotel and thats it..
and its accesible to chinatown and walking distance to intramuros for sight seeing
im satisfied..

We were able to check-in early which was really convenient. The staff is really helpful. I would say Binondo is not the fanciest area to stay but a 7/11 is right next to the hotel and some sights like the cathedral are in walking distance. Room was pretty good but a little bit small.

The environment is beautiful, the location is good, the transportation is convenient, the rooms are comfortable and hygienic, and the service staff are very enthusiastic and willing to provide all kinds of help.
The facilities are very user-friendly, the network signal is good, and the scenery outside the window is beautiful. Good value for money, will stay again next time

I arrived at the hotel around 1.50pm, I was thinking the time of my arrival was just right for check in.
However, I was told to wait after my identy was checked and all. I was confused and realised that me and the other guests (they were not few) at the lobby were all waiting for rooms.
I was annoyed because of this ridiculous delay due to the previous guests that did not check out on time.
None of the staff were even apologetic for the delay that happened. It may not be their fault but seeing that they didn't even say any kind of apology shows that they have no respect for time.
It waited for 30mins to get a room. Such a waste of time.

Hi so I booked this hotel coz they say there is an option with a bath top but there was no rooms with the bath ….
