The building was fantastic but the service was really poor, they didn’t gave us the wifi or the essential things for the bathroom, the room was kinda dirty and almost all the building needed to be fixed, it needs more maintenance and a better service

The hotel is on a hill with many stairs on a steep slope. The front office asked us to carry our own luggage which it was not pleasant at all .

Esta bastante descuidado , en muchas partes no había luz y son muchas escaleras entonces es peligroso que no tengan luz, algunos lugares muy sucios !

La verdad es desagradable, la comida tiene buena presentación pero sabe muy mal no tiene, sabor Le falta mantenimiento, hubo errores de habitaciónes, se les iba constante el agua, no hay buena limpieza había demasiado polvo e incluso arañas pequeñas.

El hotel y las villas necesitan reparacion de detalles en ventanas, puertas y fachada. Asegurar y aislar sistemas de gas y calentamiento de agua para evitar el contacto de niños

El elevador no funciona o todos los pisos. El estacionamiento de recepción es muy pequeño y en los otros hay MUCHAS escaleras. Por problemas de su sistema retrasaron el check in, después empezaron a atender teléfono y otras personas sin terminar de atendernos. Nos querían dar una habitación distinta a la reservada

El hotel es muy viejo, nada que ver con las fotos que aquí muestran, de verdad no se hospeden ahí, hay mejores opciones a buen precio en manzanillo.
La habitación estaba muy vieja y con muchos desperfectos, también había termitas, mosquitos y cucarachas, le comenté a la señora de recepción de que la ventana estaba rota y que me cambiara de habitación y me comentó que no había más de forma muy grosera cuando él hotel estaba muy solo, ahora entiendo porque.
Todas las instalaciones son muy viejas sin mantenimiento y hay que recorrer muchísimas escaleras para poder llegar a la habitación.
Al llegar duramos más de 20 minutos esperando en recepción porque no había nadie que nos atendiera. En el área de la alberca no había un solo camastro decente para utilizar, todos están rotos y muy manchados, de tal manera que no se antoja utilizarlos, así mismo, también hay mucho mosquito en la alberca a pesar de que huele demasiado a cloro.
La señora de recepción deja mucho que desear tanto en su aspecto como en su actitud. De verdad, no se hospeden en ese hotel, no se los recomiendo para nada
