從兩個方面來看 1-以客觀評價Rddison Blu來看，這家很差。 地毯上是燙的窟窿，陽台的門關不上，浴缸的設備也是壞的，出的水還是黃色的，室外游泳池太冷無法游泳，早餐比較貧乏，提款機是壞的。3分。 2-結合這個國家的水平來看，那也就不錯了。莫桑比克全城也沒幾個像樣的樓，能有一個這麼一個現代的國際賓館，恐怕也是城裡最好的選擇了。不住這別的地方更差。5分 均分：4

當地最好，可能也是最貴的酒店，房間比較大，海邊。

Dreadful Hotel - we got picked up at the airport in a bus far too small to accommodate everyone and their luggage, we booked months ago requesting a family room for 4 and 2 twin rooms with a sea view. The family room was a huge suite but only had 1 bed, the other rooms had small doubles, when we asked reception for another bed to be added to the room this was promised but never delivered. We then tried to order room service as at 10 all bars and restaurants were shut and we arrived late due to a flight. It was impossible to order room service no one answered the phone and when we went to reception no one seemed to know what they were doing. Also one room was in a building across the car park from all the other rooms and it did not feel safe walking over.

1. Nice, modern property not too far from the Central Business District in a secure location and with most facilities and services one expects from a modern hotel. The shower and workspace in the room stood out for me. 2. Decent food served here and also a few other good restaurants in the vicinity (walking distance). 3. Clean - for me this is a deal breaker and I never really felt uncomfortable that the hotel was not clean. 4. For the most part, I encountered amazing, multilingual staff members. Mozambicans are one of the most hospitable people I know. 1. Some disappointing features for a top hotel like non-steady bed made me feel like this hotel needs some TLC to stay as a top hotel. 2. Select aspects of customer service - I am not sure if it was language barrier, or cultural differences or system limitations but on separate occasions I had an experience that made me question (fairly or unfairly) the honesty of some of the hotel staff. Up to today I don’t know if I was enrolled on the Rewards Programme as I had asked, there was a lady who (fairly or unfairly) had to throw a tantrum to get help and my colleague also made comments that I feel impact customer experience.

The Food is very well prepared and tasty. Just improve on vehicle pick and dropping at the airport should be well organised

This was our post cruise hotel. Stayed inTower apar**ent- excellent accommodation and facilities. Enjoyed great a**osphere in the Vivo Lounge with excellent service from Quile Manuel and a great meal in Azul where Ricardo took great care to meet our evening meal needs.
