Was not as it showed on the website, outlets in room were broken, toilet wouldn't stop running, 1 thin blanket on the beds and 2 sheets.

The staff and how clean an new everything is and jus my super quiet and brand new smells like flowers an fresh wet paint which isn’t overwhelming awesome experience

I stayed there as a last minute idea because I was going to travel back home that day but there were adverse weather conditions. The hotel staff(front desk clerk) was nice and professional but the hotel itself is in a shady part of the city. The local police showed up when I got there @ 5pm and when I left at 5am so I don't know what was going on that needed their assistance.

We went down for a quick weekend visit. I mostly stay at this one hotel but I decided to get a little closer to my relatives so less driving. I choose this hotel because it’s not too old and close to freeway. I know in past the brand had bad two but I know they have remodeled a lot and this one was not old. The bed was worn out and the room was awkwardly decorated. Very plain and bland looking no decor and nice comforter. Everything worn out. Towels were dingy and worn out. Hotels lately usually don’t refresh your room and towels for eco friendly so I didn’t expect a room visit. I bought new towels and came back to clean towels and stuff moved on room. Nothing missing but uncomfortable because bed wasn’t made her suitcase moved and fresh towels on dresser. People arguing in parking lot first night made for no sleep. Second night hotel staff cleaning rooms laughed and joked all night. Last night was peaceful. Will not stay again.

There was several large box containers blocking parking spots. It was noisy. It was fine for 1 night.

If you’re looking for a decent bed and a hot shower, this hotels for you. If you’re looking for a hotel experience on your vacation, this probably isn’t the hotel for you. I typically travel alone, and as a female felt safe with the rooms having double locks on the door.

I was very surprised and disappointed there was no fridge, microwave and alarm clock in the room. The bathroom was very small. It was a very very plan room and for what we paid for a one night stay was very expensive. Good location though, near the freeway!!

Overpriced!!! Lacking basic amenities such as fridge and microwave. At half the price it wouldn’t be a deal.

This property has excellent staff which I think, at least in large part, is attributed to their manager John. He and staff went above the call of duty to accommodate and make me comfortable. Every time that I'm rolling through Tucson, in the future, I will be spending at least 1 night at this motel.
