Amazing resort in the perfect location! The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. If you’re looking for an amazing meal don’t pass up on dinner at ERRE! The flavor combinations and plating are Michelin star quality.

We enjoyed a most fabulously luxurious stay for 7 nights in a sea view red level room which was v well appointed and comfortable. The hotel offers lots of lovely areas to relax, the poolside is idyllic with cabanas and plenty of loungers and the pool guy looked after us at all times. In fact all the staff provided truly excellent service, friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent and breakfast the best we have ever experienced. Red level worked well for us, taking lunch and drinks when required and would certainly do this again. We would not hesitate to return here which we hope to do really soon

Our trip to Hotel Don Pepe Gran Meliá in Marbella, Spain was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were in paradise. The warm welcome we received set the tone for our entire stay – the staff were so friendly and made us feel right at home. The hotel's location is unbeatable, nestled along the beautiful Mediterranean coastline. Being right in the heart of Marbella meant that we were close to all the action – from the vibrant city center to the stunning beaches and iconic old city. The premium room with a front sea view was pure luxury. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had amazing views of both the sea and the lush gardens. The bathroom had both a soaking tub as well as a shower, all modern, clean, and very fresh. The breakfast at the hotel showcased why this hotel rates as five stars - they had everything from delicious mediterranean dishes to omelettes and eggs Benedict’s served by chefs in front of your eyes. The hotel's facilities were top-notch too. The outdoor pool area was a real highlight, surrounded by beautiful lush gardens – it was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The staff at Hotel Don Pepe Gran Meliá went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. A special shoutout to Isabel at customer experience, who arranged balloons and a birthday cake for our son – it was such a thoughtful touch. With its luxurious accommodations, amazing dining options, impeccable facilities, and exceptional service, it truly exceeded all our expectations. We can't wait to go back and experience it all over again!

Yes this hotel is beautiful, the pool, the restaurants but what makes this hotel exceptional is the service from every member of staff. They go above and beyond and you are always met with a smile and made to feel special. The food in the restaurants and breakfast is so good you don't need to go elsewhere; but if you want to its not far to explore locally and Ubers and taxis are easy to get around. I would recommend the rooms with a sea view which are beautiful, the maids are exceptional as well! There are plenty of sunbeds so you never feel you have to hurry to find one, and there's so many perfect spots The attention to detail at Gran Melia is fantastic we will definitely be back thank you for making our stay so fantastic

Wonderful hotel with breathtaking sea view and pleasant pool area. This is our favorite place for vacation for years. The location is perfect. Very nice, friendly, professional staff all over the hotel making you feel like at home. Very nice, delicious restaurants, ERRE for excellent meat and seafood, Tahini is the best Japanese restaurant we ever tried, Bardot great for lunch, room service is perfect and great food as well. All the employees at the hotel are the best, the management, customers relations, Red Level, Front desk, porters, waitresses, housekeepers, all of them and each of them are such a great, amazing people! We are looking forward to come back soon. Thanks Don Pepe for our great vacation!🙏🏻

The first time you walk into Don Pepe you know that you are somewhere special. The welcome from the staff is warm and friendly and you immediately feel relaxed and confident of a great holiday. From the staff in reception to those around the pool and in the various restaurants nothing is too much trouble and everything is delivered with a smile in a warm and friendly manner. There are 3 places, within the hotel, to enjoy good food and a drink. The range of food is impressive but any request can generally be accommodated. The rooms are comfortable, sea or mountain view, and like everything about Don Pepe the level of cleanness and service is exemplary. Having stayed at Don Pepe for a number of years you notice two key things, the number of guests you recognize who also come back year after year and the number of staff that are still working in the hotel. Both of these things are pointers to the standard of a great 5 star hotel.

A most beautiful hotel ,staffed by a very professional team of dedicated personnel. We felt so welcomed on arrival. We enjoyed every moment of our stay.Rooms were exquisite.Decor and cleanliness of hotel was 100%. Best hotel in Marbella! Best service in Marbella! Best location in Marbella! We just love this place! We come here year after year several times per year and we are never disappointed. From the minute we arrive everybody who works in this hotel does their absolute utmost to make sure that you have the best holiday you could possibly have. Nothing is too much trouble whatever it is that you require the staff will all try to fulfil your wishes with a smile. From the minute we arrive, the porters are helpful. The red level team are helpful and always greet us with a wonderful welcome. We are made to feel like we have arrived at our home from home place. Our favourites are too many to mention from Irene and Pilar in Red Level to Daniel, Manuel, Jose and Pepe, serving us in the restaurant. All the pool staff Rafa, Raul, Adrian and Alvero. Not forgetting Inma in the Bardot restaurant. They are all so special, we also have to mention Abel he works so hard with all the guests to make sure that everyone is happy and having a great stay. My grandson had a fabulous time he went to kids club with Martha and Claudia they were fantastic at keeping all the kids entertained. We recommend the Gran Melia Don Pepe to anyone travelling to Marbella.

They are such a well coordinated team and make your stay such a lovely experience. From the touches of a note in your room from the team, chocolates and the whole experience of everyone from housekeeping, Restaurant, reception and not forgetting the guys at the pool who do everything for you. I must say this is the best hotel experience I have had and we’ve been many places. Think all of the staff should be commended and thank you Don Pepe
