Has everything you need! The unit we stayed in was not the most updated space but the building has a beautiful pool, is steps from a private beach entrance, and is walkable to restaurants. I will definitely book again in the future!

Good location but extremely outdated interior of this one condo. Bare minimum everything and very worn, broken or rusty items. Over priced for what was offered

Bare bones in amenities. Pillows uncomfortable and not enough of them. Couch is uncomfortable. Should provide beach chairs. Property is dated.

We were attending a radio controlled sailboat regatta at the Cale Model Yacht Sailing Center at Mackle Park and your venue was ideal for our stay. We enjoyed the view of the Gulf from our balcony. The apartment was adorable and had everything we needed. Wished we could have stayed longer.

I feel that because of the location of this resort, and the convenience that this affords to proximity of the beach, this property does not seem interested in investing because it probably feels as though it doesn’t have to. Pro tip: invest in yourself. For what we paid…it would have been great to not have bi-fold doors falling off and a mattress that was from this decade.

The stay was nice, but beds are not too comfortable, and fridge was leaking, not a big deal because we didn't storage any food, every time

Great location. But furniture and lampshades were shabby. No coffee mugs and no extra blankets. Sink and refrigerator were dirty and rusty. Garbage behind nightstands. TV was hard to figure out, no directions. Patio chairs were unsafe due to missing screws. Have stayed in the past when things were much nicer.

The unit was spacious but was very tired looking
Needs updating. Scratched walls, poor furniture
A little paint and tlc could go a long way. We expected more for the prices they charged

The staff are great. Frustrating when you don’t have enough plates and utensils. If it sleeps four you should have a minimum of eight plates. We had four.
