No puedo poner nada negativo,ya que hemos estado muy bien,las camas muy cómodas todo limpio y el personal muy atento ,sin duda volveré

Amazing is the Jakuzzi on the Sun-roof of course! And the super friendly and helpful Staff! The Room is beautiful and spacious, just a Smart TV with some other Language options or Netflix for example would be great :), overall a great stay!

The check-in and check-out had very clear instructions. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for my stay. Word of warning, do take a video of the room when you check in to avoid being harassed by the management about missing items. I was repeatedly asked about missing crystal glasses and to pay for them. Said glasses weren't even in the room throughout my stay and I know this because I was also searching for any cups or drinkware so that I can make some cold coffee. Maybe just a bad day for the staff, I think. Also, be careful where you park your car. Parking in the spaces around the centre in front of the hotel will get you a ticket.

Booked this hotel for 3 nights but only stayed one night as I did not feel safe. There was a party until 02:30 with people running up and down the stairs shouting and laughing. There is no reception here and no security. There is a telephone number which is only located on the ground floor! You are not informed of this before hand. When I found the number the next day and called a voice message said the number was not available and to try later! They had my name wrong on the booking and took no passport details so had no ideal who I was.

Ce logement est une honte, on a pris la suite ce n est pas un jacuzzi mais une baignoire sur la terrasse! Et une baignoire sans eau chaude comme dans la douche Quand nous avons informé le propriétaire il nous a dit venir mais il n est pas venu soit disant il y avait de l eau chaude dans les autres chambres donc ici aussi! On a demandé à être remboursé mais non il a refusé!! Les murs sont en carton, nous vous affirmons que les voisins se sont pas amusés! Le logement est à fuir malgré que la chambre en elle même soit charmante mais le village est très sympa et très dépaysant, en pleine nature idéal pour se ressourcer

Olor a cloaca, los edredones si se les puede llamar así porque eran más finos q un papel de fumar los sacamos del armario y estaban húmedos, y la persona q gestiona el whatsapp un maleducado faltando el respeto, en fin muy mala gestión por su parte, NO RECOMENDABLE

Excelente atención y servicio desde el minuto uno de tu reserva, limpieza excelente, calidad/precio inmejorable, los dos chicos que actualmente lo llevan desde ene 2023 realmente han marcado una clara diferencia en función a la anterior propiedad que por lo que leo estuvieron hasta dic 2022 y era un desastre, yo reserve por casualidad y tuve que preguntar porque esas reseñas y luego lo entendí.... actualmente lo lleva el dueño del edificio y es una gran persona, una gente de tu a tu con una muy buena atencion... Que decir de las instalaciones con dos zonas comunes una cubierta y una en terraza segundo piso y unas preciosas habitaciones con un combinado de rustico y moderno donde te sientes a gusto y descansas muy bien, el colchón y la almohada son las mejores que probé en distintos hoteles de Mallorca desde hace tiempo, precio muy bueno, una pena que la suite estuviera reservada y no poder probar la zona de jacuzzi y terracita en habitación, fuera hay varios bares y restaurante ya que esta situado situado en la plaza de Maria de la Salut un pueblo situado en el centro de Mallorca, en la plaza hay parking eléctrico y minusválido delante del hotel y prácticamente a 1 minuto andando un parking publico. Todo muy bien y muy contento de proba, hasta pronto, sAludos!

Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich nicht zu empfehlen. Am Abend meiner Ankunft, hatte ich noch keinen Zugangscode zum Hoteleingang, auf telefonische Nachfrage war ich mit einem Herren verbunden, der von nichts wusste und nur spanisch sprach. Ich habe mir dann ein anderes Hotel suchen müssen. Am nächsten Tag erhielt ich dann den Zugangscode, so das ich in dem von mir gebuchten und bezahlten Hotel wohnen konnte. Von Personal hab ich in den 3 Tagen meines Aufenthaltes niemand gesehen und zu essen oder trinken gab es auch nichts. Ich kann nur warnen vor dieser Unterkuft!
