An amazing place, with a breakless panorma to the lake Albano in front of you actually, with an eclectic restaurant design, with very nice and clean rooms. Also the staff is very kind. I strongly reccomend the place. Un posto stupendo, con un panorama al lago Albano che ti lascia senza fiato e che si trova appunto davanti a te, con un ristorante con un design eclettico, stanze carine e molto pulite ed il personale molto gentile. Raccomando forte questo posto.

What a beautiful place! A nice room, good breakfast and friendly service, a beautiful garden area with a great view to the lake. If you have limitations in movement then I can’t recommend this place.

This place is the synonym of magic. It is situated on the edge of an old volcano with a lake in the center. On the other side of the lake is the Pope’s summer residence. Watching the sun play in the lake is mesmerizing. The hotel is gorgeous and the interior is classy and pleasing to the eye. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food, the wine and the service is 5 star worthy. When the weather is warmer you can sit outside in the garden and enjoy the surroundings. A must visit if you are in the neighborhood.

The website said it was 4 star with all facilities you would expect. Sadly this is all false. The rooms are nice the views are nice and the one or two staff they have try to help. However it is not a 4 star hotel. There are no facilities no restaurant no bar no coffee shop no opportunity to help yourself to anything and no reception - you have to call the member of staff by phone. If you don’t have a car you are totally stuck. No possibility of walking anywhere as the road is dangerous. Taxis few and far between, unreliable and very expensive.

What a beautiful place to spend a vacation! A pieceful spot with a beautiful lake view (Lago Albano and Castel Gondolfo). Nice and friendly staff. You need to have a car. The traffic is very busy and the roads are narrow.

We only stayed for one night, but we didn’t want to leave and will be back. The views are mesmerizing and the quality of accommodation is on par as well. Breakfast is being served on the terrace with great view. Be sure to get rooms with the lake view

Struttura molto bella ma poco curata;ho soggiornato nella suite Urbano VIII ed avevo alte aspettative viste le foto. La camera è tenuta molto male: sono presenti segni sui muri, vetrate sporche, finestre senza zanzariere (ne necessiterebbero visto che il luogo è immerso nel verde i numerosi insetti) e bagno pieno di calcare sia sulla rubinetteria che sulle pareti della doccia, anche il divano era tutto macchiato. Nel complesso la camera è bellissima ma bisognerebbe dotarla di una manutenzione più accurata, soprattutto per il prezzo che ha. La vista è spettacolare ed anche la colazione è stata buona e abbastanza varia. Far pagare 10€ il parcheggio è eccessivo, potrebbe essere compreso nel prezzo.

Posto molto bello in una location suggestiva proprio sul lago di Castel Gandolfo.Personale gentilissimo,camere moderne e pulite,ottima colazione.Ci siamo trovati benissimo e torneremo sicuramente quando saremo da queste parti.Vicino a tanti luoghi d’interesse.
