i stayed 2nd-9th may and had the best time i come alone for the first couple days and was made to feel instantly comfortable the staff are amazing lisa and julia (kids club) doted on my daughter and she absolutely loves them the entertainment team gogo,poppy,leo,scoobie never stopped and really went above and beyond especially gogo! it was fairly priced in restaurant and the staff was attentive and great to be around 😁 and come home with some amazing pictures from danny the photographer 🥰 i can’t wait to get back already see you all soon xx

Great hotel clean and tidy fantastic entertainment team this year kids had the best time, party of 13 came over second time in the hotel will definitely be back and would recommend it, bus stop and taxi rank outside 10 min walk to beach aswell foods good reasonably priced aswell.

We came last year in September and rebooked for 13 people the hotel is great Local to the beach taxi rank and bus stop out side food is good, entertainment all day round the pool and in the evening kids club is great aswell, the entertainment team this year are fantastic and go over and above to keep the kids and everyone happy! Great job 😀

Love this hotel! Staff are lovely and see to your every need. Room is very clean, comfortable and spacious. Would 100% recommend this hotel and I will most definitely be back next year. Location is good too not far from beach shops and restaurants 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 from me.

Fiest time at alenz with family of 4 we lives the place. Rooms are big and cleaned everyday . Around the pool activities are enjoyable my grandson loved the entertainment . Service nice staff works hard . We loved Mehmet waiter rahman bar manager . Entertainment team chucking and his team keep us entertained . We will be back next year !

Good staff food is amazing clean rooms staff could not do more for you . Bar and restaurant staff so friendly . Bar manager Rahman solve everything . Entertainment team very good everyone involved . We already planing to book next year .

Total rip off, we got there during night. Had to pay extra for Air Con and when I went to the room there was 2 single beds in a room and a sofa bed in living room. I had paid for a room for 4 people. I'm a man and was expected to share a sofa bed with a one of my daughters. We had to let one of the daughters stay in another room with my sister and her family. It was hot in the living room at night and no air con in living rooms just in bedroom. I asked for a fan to use and again they charged me about £50 to hire a fan for living room. It was very old and dated anyway and had lots of ants in the room. Do not waste your money they are a total rip off.

The room was very nice, and staff was polite and fun. Hotel rooms were clean and the food was great, we had a great time staying at the Alenz Suite hotel and would recommend anyone with small children as there is entertainment and slides for all ages.

Rooms are big, cleaned upon request. Food is nice recommend the steak. Staff are lovely and very friendly.Cocktails delicious and fair price ! Entertainment team was doin everything u ask for . We will be back next summer !
