Julian Club Hotel

Honestly highly recommend turkey and this beautiful hotel rooms comfortable and clean the reception staff super helpful on arrival had put my room and parents together due to mobility and health issues also both had views of one of the pools :) Can't fault the food and drink l was in party of 8 people and there was something everyone would eat :) the bar staff extremely helpful and friendly learned some turkish I had used the spa and got beautiful turkish bath went for package (2) this time soo go as always and if you ever want to do photoshoot highly recommend hotel :)) My brother got engaged on holiday and both the guess relation and Housekeeping staff organised flowers, sweet treats wine and made such beautiful bed display

We booked a week all inclusive at Julian Club quite last minute and without really looking into it too much… let me tell you, I’ve never been more glad and positively surprised!!! We stayed in a family room (1 double and 1 single bed for our toddler) and it was quite small but perfect for us as we barely spent any time in it. Also our balcony faced the main pool and stage so it was perfect for us to have a few drinks watching the shows (there’s something on every night: kids disco first, then bingo and then different shows each day whilst two lovely entertainers run an evening kids club too!) at night whilst our little one was in bed. The food, at both breakfast and main meals, is great! Plenty of options every day and so much to choose from even for the pickiest ones. I am dairy free and I found so many things to eat, even for pudding! Everything tasted delicious and looked very appetising too. They also have a kids buffet at dinner time and the snack bar was our absolute favourite… so much that we never had the lunch buffet as always used the snack bar!! We were a bit worried about the sun bed situation as read online that it was impossible to get one unless up at the crack of dawn… yes it is true that there’s no free beds after 7.30/8am (people get up as early as 5.30 and sleep on the sun loungers till 8 when the pool guys do their checks around the pools) but we refused to get up that early and still always managed to get beds after 9.30 by asking one of the pool guys. There are 4 pools and we always managed to get space by one of them so it’s not as bad as they say! The hotel is super clean and the cleaning staff and maids work so hard to keep on top of everything. The position of the hotel is great, plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants just round the corner and at walking distance (about half hour) from Marmaris centre and beaches. We didn’t fancy walking in the heat though, and took bus number 2 from literally just around the corner from the hotel, that took us right into the centre for only 25 TL (about £0.60!). Check out is by 12pm, but our transfer to the airport wasn’t until 8pm so we checked out in the morning and left the suitcases in the luggage hold then spent our day by the pool and had dinner at the buffet. There’s showers downstairs that can be used and they gave us towels and were very accommodating without pressuring us into paying for late check out (which is something like £20 per hour if I remember correctly) Staff are absolutely incredible especially the entertainment team who genuinely never stop and go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed and included! Everyone was always so smiley and friendly, from the kitchen staff to the maids to the receptionists! We really loved our stay at Julian Club and would definitely recommended!!

The hotel is beautiful, the entertainment is brilliant, the staff are kind and helpful. The food in the restaurant has a lot of different selection which is very helpful. The evening shows are very enjoyable, will most definitely be back next year!

NEVER AGAIN STAFF ATTEMPTED THEFT OF KIDS TRAINERS! Got changed to this hotel as our apprently closed for season reluctantly agreed to change. got there about 2 in the morning nothing open to get a snack or drink, every other hotel I've been to fully inclusive offer this. Had to pay an extra £50 for wifi in the room even though advertised and even that was poor at best. Never a 4 star hotel run down dirty rooms. Was supposed to be a 2 bedroom suite ended up with run down joined rooms. Staff member tried to steal my kids £185 nike TN trainers whilst beside the pool, when spoke to other guests they said a few things had been going missing, although was caught on camera and spoke to hotel managment who said they had let him go, they wouldn't phone the police. Got a half hearted apology and some cakes sent to room which where free at buffet. Booked with easy jet and they were no help either. Supposed to be family hotel but a lot of fighting by pool over daft things with no staff helping. Flumes open about 1 hour a day and alot of the things that are usually included on fully inclusive you had to pay for. Save your money and book literally anywhere else.

We went here for a 4 day weekend visit. The location is ok if you are a walker otherwise catch the local bus into the centre. We had no issues with the food or drink which were acceptable. Had a nice ice cream most days by the pool. The pool areas can be busy but there are free loungers after lunch and even some in the shade. The room was fine without issues. We were lucky as we could log on to the open Wifi in the hotel next door.

This hotel just gets better. Friendly, helpful reception staff, nothing is too much trouble for them. Housekeeping lady cleaned or room and changed towels daily, bed linen was changed regularly. Restaurant was brilliant. So much choice for breakfast, cereals, bakery items, eggs cooked a variety of ways, including omelettes made to order, lots of other cooked items, Continental and Turkish breakfasts, waffles, pancakes, fruit and yogurts etc. Plenty of choice in the evening, plus a huge selection of salad items. Separate ‘Kids buffet’. Waiting staff are really helpful. Brilliant to see that the management team eat in the restaurant every day. Lunchtime snack bar is brilliant. It gets better every year. There is so much choice. Jacket potatoes are superb. Food is continually being cooked, so it is always fresh. Excellent salad buffet and fresh fruit. Bar staff are great. Drinks are very good. Pool staff are constantly cleaning the area and collecting glasses/crockery. Pool guys cleaned the pools every night. Enjoyed a glass of wine at 6 o’clock at the pool bar and couldn’t help but notice how the staff deep clean the snack bar and catering equipment every night. Jay and his YOLO team were fantastic, as usual. Guest Relations are so helpful and will do whatever they can to help their guests have the best holiday. Candy Corner is excellent. Roll on next April.
