Tui Blue Grand Azur

Spent a week here at the end of March and found everything to be fantastic - from the moment we arrived the staff were friendly, attentive, couldn’t do enough for you. Everywhere in the hotel was spotless. Food was by far the best I’ve seen in an all inclusive hotel. Personally we normally like eating out but didn’t this time (other than a couple of lunches when we had been out and about anyway) as actually wanted to eat in the hotel as there was so much choice and the quality was excellent. Pool bar food in daytime was also excellent Drinks were made pretty much perfect - not crazy strong like you sometimes get with free poured spirits but not weak - wine wasn’t to my taste and would have loved to have had Prosecco on there but can’t have everything. Cocktails were ok for the couple we tried. Used the spa for a Turkish bath and again this was prob one of the best I’ve ever had - esp the massage for which I booked in for another massage at the end of my hol. On arrival our mini bar was stocked with water, juice and some soft drinks cans - water was refilled daily but the other stuff wasn’t and would have been nice if it had been (but obviously you can just get a glass of soft drink at bar and take to room). My only tiny complaint was the aircon which wasn’t working as they don’t turn it on till May and we did have particularly hot weather so that did make it a bit uncomfortable for sleeping (and couldn’t open patio as got bitten loads the one night we did) We visit Marmaris most years and have in the past normally gone self catering but I will def be staying here again

Every little thing here is perfect! The hotel is amazing the grounds, rooms, staff, the spa , the food & drink is just amazing! The staff cannot do enough for you & the waiters in the restaurant and bar are fantastic! They treat you so lovely! The cleaning lady was so lovely! The spa experience was so lovely the gentleman who booked us in to the girls who done our treatments were amazing! They all go above & beyond for you! Great security and we just felt so safe and relaxed!I just can’t wait to come back to this amazing hotel! Best holiday ever!

We arrived in Mamaris last night and so far it's been amazing. The food is brilliant and staff at Tui Blue Grand Azur are so kind! Our highlight so far has to be the spa! It is INCREDIBLE. Shout out to Alp who helped us book our package, a wonderful romantic package with a Bali massage and Turkish Hamam foam & scrub massages. Our therapists Iluh & Yuli were excellent! Highly recommend the spa here. Thank you!

First aborad holiday as a couple, I hate flying and if this was closer we would come regularly. Check in was quick, as I checked in online beforehand, as we got of the coach late. Very informative. The grab & go is a good idea, especially snacks 24/7. Although I would've liked to see some hot chocolate. As I missed this personally. Tui blue app is great! You can find out anything from this. The little shop in the hotel is great too, if you need anything you've forgotten or gifts to take home. The pool I noticed not too many people in, we soon found out why as it was super cold. But loved the 2 jacuzzis in the pool. I unfortunately couldn't touch the floor at all because the pool was the same height all round 1.45. Or I'd had spent more time in it, even with it being slightly colder. We managed to get a sunbed without any issues at different times during the day. Their was a lot of food on offer. We mainly stuck to the grill snack food at lunch. Would be good to have a drinks menus on the table though, especially on your first day. Our waiter remembered our drinks by day 2. Another shout out to 2 member of staff in particular ibrahim who remember our drink orders by day 2 and was generally helpful. And Mustafa, our first full day we booked the azur sunbeds, he was the first person we see the morning after arriving. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone needs someone like him on your holidays, people like Mustafa make a holiday. He helped us on many occasions when we had general questions. He always seemed so happy and keen to help. We noticed he was like this with lots of other people too. Our room was facing opposite another hotel, so we didn't really use the balcony as much as we would have due to lots of people walking past. However our room was a good size, lots of plugs (I counted 5 or 6, as someone had complained about this in a review, a bit confused why?). The hairdyer was decent, for anyone wondering like I did if to take one with you or not. The cleaners were great too! They give you more bottles of water when they come and clean too. And will change your towels if you leave them on the floor for them. On our last day they came out to do pest control. Beach towels you could get exchanged by the pool too, if you wanted too. If you check out early like we did and not have transport until the evening, they'll let you leave your suitcase in the luggage area. Overal definitely more than a 5 star hotel and if it was closer travel time, we would come here regularly. If you're thinking about booking I definitely would!

We recently came back from the most delightful stay at the tui blue grand azur. I don’t even know where to begin - food was 10/10, customer service was 10/10, friendliness 10/10; it was all 10/10! All the staff are very kind, helpful and friendly - nothing is ever too much for them. Our room was double standard land view (it faces the main road) it was ultra comfortable, that bed! MY GOODNESS, I’ve never slept on a more comfortable bed in my life! Now my only complaint is that there is a mosque very close to the hotel and at 5:30am everyday there was an extremely loud prayer call which lasted about 5 minutes which woke us up, friends we had made shared the same issue however that’s obviously not the hotels fault, but if you have the budget go for a sea view room so you’re not facing the road and won’t hear the call as loudly. The cleaners were super kind and everything was up to standards, such lovely women! In the restaurant there was so much choice, something for everyone, it was all very fresh and I sometimes experience problems eating wheat back home in England but I had all the wheat you can imagine at the hotel and I had no issues what so ever! Lots of fresh, organic and healthy foods. The set up is totally different to anywhere I have ever been before, you give the chefs your plate and they dish for you - you feel like royalty! I did a few gym classes and they were intense (in the best way!), the instructors were very friendly, I did a couple of sessions with elif/ella? (sorry I can’t remember her name fully) and she was absolutely brilliant, all the instructors were. We didn’t do any excursions because we are more relaxing kind of people so a lot of our time was spent on the beach.( I am terrified of birds and there’s wasn’t a single one! Which meant I could actually relax and enjoy myself) We did go to the grand bazar a few times which was great, we took the dolmus at I think 50lira for 2 people each way (very very cheap). Now for the cons - a very unfriendly spa worker, a man was talking to us about potentially having treatments and it was a VERY hard sale - he was middle aged and quite tall I can’t remember his name I think it started with Ad…, it was a super super hard sale and when we said we’re not too sure he stormed off and just disappeared, we literally went to go look for him because we weren’t sure if he wanted us to follow him to finish off the tour of the facilities or not then we eventually found him sitting in a room looking furious with other spa staff members and when we were speaking to a different member of staff about a totally different topic a few minutes later he came over and interrupted the conversation and started talking to his colleagues in Turkish about us and was gossiping about us which we found quite offensive and rude( I know a bit of Turkish so I could make out what he was saying about us, very unkind), that was the only downside but I won’t let that ruin my impression of this fabulous hotel. My wife and I returned from 2 Weeks holiday at this amazing hotel we could not get over how spotless the hotel and the grounds are kept . The food in all the restaurants is so good and so varied every day was something different and the staff well where do you start so had to pick individually as all the staff were amazing but we have to single out a few in the buffet restaurant Yousef and Ibrihim were so good they really looked after us so well and were so friendly was always great to see there happy faces everyday in the bar a special mention to Armature and Atilla who again tended to our drinks the cleaner in our room was also superb our room was left spotless every day thank you to everyone who made this holiday so good in fact we have booked up for next year which we do not normally go back to the same hotels but have made an exception this time as was so good Thank you TUI Blu Grand Azur see you next year Philip and Karen

Food is excellent . Loads of choice every day . They do a beef noodle dish which everyone loved . The snack bar behind the pool is really good too . Pool is good , not overcrowded and we almost lived in the lazy river. All staff there are amazing, from the restaurant staff to the bar staff , then the managers themselves . The restaurant staff would have our drinks ready on the table every morning . Bar staff are all great and hard working . Cocktail class was fab. Had one issue with an activity cancelled but the 2 managers sorted it quick and interact with all the guests .

Excellent Hotel- should be more than 4 star plus .. Drinks on arrival. Hotel smells beautiful. Spa was excellent Turkish bath. Can use the sauna and spa free during your stay. Food quality is excellent so much to choose from. Special shout out to Yusuf , Salih and Ibrhamin. They looked after us and my daughter age 2 loved seeing them every night. The green grill was beautiful for food and the service was brilliant. They never left you without a drink and the place was super clean . The whole hotel was spotless and clean all the time. Cakes, coffee and fresh pancakes daily . Only thing I can say is I was sick of eating my the end of holiday but loved every minute of it. Entertainment was good every night but in April finished at 10.30pm Everywhere we went round the whole of Marmaris they was super friendly and really welcoming - would definitely come back to this hotel 100% and I don’t go same place twice .

The best hotel on Marmaris beach. Top class, attention to detail is fantastic. Excellent food, the best we have had from an all inclusive. So much choice of different freshly cooked food. We particularly liked that the chefs add the food to your plate which makes it very hygienic. Loads of fresh fruit to choose from including strawberries, melon, watermelon, grapes oranges and more. Our room was really nice, a really comfortable bed with the best pillows, spotless clean, staff are all amazing and friendly. We will 100% be returning and are looking to take our teenagers back this summer. Thank you to everyone at Grand Azure for making our stay very enjoyable.
