Avoid at all costs! Dirty, tired and dated. Should come with a health warning. Dirty bathrooms and floors. Shower and toilet disgusting. There was even a 25 kurus coin under the bed that’s how long they’d not been cleaned under for! Like walking back in time 50 years. Awful place staff sleeping ruff and a great big smelly dog in the breakfast area. Only good thing is close to beach, bars and shops. Absolutely vileplace don’t waste money!

We arrived in Turkey on Sunday to this hotel and was shocked. It was awful! We arrived so late that we stayed the night and thought we would assess it again in the morning. Seeing everything in daylight was worse. If this was a hotel in London it would have been shut down. The place is dirty and falling apart. There is no way it’s a 3 star hotel. It was that bad, we couldn’t even use the shower as it was filthy and there was no hot water. The reception area was dirty, smelt old and musky and there were wires everywhere (health hazard). The breakfast was disgusting. We struggled to even stay in the room let alone eat the stale food! We are well travelled and have been travelling for over 20 years and this is the first time we have had to leave a hotel because it was bad. We checked out and they didn’t care at all. The only thing it has going for it, is that it is close to the shops and beach but other hotels are just as close. We are now staying in a much nicer hotel and it was cheaper than the Melodi. They have a cheek to charge people to stay there. The whole place is rough and unsafe with things falling apart. Avoid this place at all costs as the pictures are not a true representation of where you will be staying and what you will get. I am not sure where all these good reviews have come from but maybe everyone has different expectations. You would think that being safe and having a clean environment would be the top two things well at least they are for us.

Just want to say a massive thank you to Savas Basar Yucel & Danny Devito & all the staff at melodi, we have just got back from an amazing holiday our first time in marmaris, hotel was brilliant & the staff were so friendly, our 3 kids had an amazing week and the guests were brilliant with the kids, also a massive thank you for Rileys birthday cake and little party & decorating the table, we are already looking at booking for next year but for 2 weeks this time, the seaview from our 2 rooms on floor 5 was unbelievable, see use all next time 🤩🤩 I have added a few photos from the pool 👍☀️💦

This hotel should be pulled down all the reviews are from the owners friends should be minus 3 star wot can I say about the room well Aircon is extra No fridge No TV Holes in the walls bear wires showing Toilet seat broken Shower rubbish no hot water Mildew in shower Breakfast area loads of flies

From the minute you walk into reception you feel like your home, the staff are amazing and nothing seems to be a problem. The rooms are very spacious and very clean, the rooms cleaned daily. The pool bar is excellent te bar staff are always up for a laugh. The food offered at the bar is excellent Everything is 10/10 to me this is why I keep on returning to the great family run hotel.

Family run hotel with the best staff and chef, they can't do enough for you! We took my 16 month old grandson and were so looked after, he had the best holiday. Never not able to get a sunbed by the pool. Literally on beach and loads of bars/restaurants on the door step. Beautiful location! Cannot wait to go back next year.

Stayed here for 10 days with a friend. Had a warm welcome on arrival. Safe deposit box is in reception, would have preferred it in room but despite my initial reservations this worked fine. The room was adequate, bed and bedding functional but tired. The air con was very effective, cost is £49 per week. The bathroom was very tired and in need of maintenance. It looked grubby as if it hadn't been maintained for quite some time. Bear in mind that my stay was at the end of the season so maintenance may be carried out over winter. Public areas around the hotel were dated but functional. I didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment. The pool looked clean and not Crowded. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant, the cleaning staff did the room most days except Sunday I think. The balcony was fine and looked out over the water park to the sea. The hotel is located very close to the sea within walking distance of hundreds of restaurants and shops. The main harbor and the bazaar can be easily walked to in about 20-30 minutes maybe quicker but it's a pleasant walk with lots to see. Lastly it can't be understated how beautiful this area of turkey is, particularly if you like the water there is lots to do and the very cheap water taxis give a fantastic boat ride. So in conclusion if you like a luxury 5 star hotel then this might not suit you. If you treat the hotel on holiday as a bedroom and have suitable expectations from cheap and cheerful accommodation then this hotel is perfectly adequate and you'll likely enjoy your stay. If you like to socialise with the staff and spend a lot of time in the hotel bar then I'm sure you'll have a great time as they seemed to be available and friendly all the time. I had a great holiday overall and thoroughly recommend marmaris as a lively destination.

Lovely family run hotel perfect location 2 mins from beach 5 mins from blueport, We have stayed here many times and have never had a bad holiday all the staff are friendly and can’t do enough for you. Maid is amazing rooms cleaned everyday. Never a problem getting a sunbed at any point in the day. Food is nice and reasonably priced.

The location is brilliant. Can't fault that much but the hotel is very dated and alot of things are broken . For example , my wardrobe had no handle , the Aircon cover fell off.( It was a near miss ) , the stool seat isn't stuck down ( I fell off ) , the room door stuck badly , on numerous occasions I couldn't shut it . The lock is stiff too . I found the staff to either be very friendly or they were moody . As for the breakfast , well , talk about being rubbish . There's no meat just boiled eggs , olives , huge chunks of cucumber and tomato , bread.if you're not up too early . The shower drains are blocked also . I wont be returning that's for sure .
