Hotel is lovely & I would certainly return except for concerns around one of the entertainment staff 'Hakan' who we witnessed preying on a 24 year old female solo traveller. I dread what would have happened if I had not stepped in. Arrival - Upon arrival at approx 1130pm, we were greeted by the concierge, who quickly took our bags while we checked in. Check-in was quick. However, the person behind the desk remained on a phone call while asking us to sign in, reaching us an envelope with travel guide info and a sheet with the hotel info. We got no further details other than what was on sheet, so we figured most stuff ourselves and from info supplied. We saw the restaurant area had a few guests going in and out, and one told us there was soup and bread, etc. We helped ourselves altho needed a boost in the microwave available. Room - as i was travelling with a friend, we shared a twin room. It was beautiful, clean, and cleaned daily, fresh towels daily, and beds changed freshly on our 3rd morning. The cleaning staff did a great job, and our mini bar, which contained can of coke, Fanta, Sprite, 2 tins of efes beer, 4 bottles of water, and 2 bottles of sparkling water was refilled daily. Pool area - the pool is a decent size with steps to easily access the water, which was good for those guests who had limited mobility staying there. Sunbeds I have read have caused a lot of chat about towels on early and no one on them for hours. Yes, I arrived down most mornings after 930, and all beds laid out had towels on. However, I never once had an issue instantly getting a bed. The staff only put out a reasonable amount, leaving lots of space for additional beds. If the pool boy (wearing a blue t-shirt) wasn't there, we spoke to the waiter who rang him, and within a minute or so, literally, he appeared with sunbeds. There is also a private area on the beach across the road (its that close you could throw a stone to it) with a jetty which is beautiful and I was told there was never an issue getting a bed there, we never got the opportunity to use it but I've been told the hotel guests are well looked after by one of the staff who takes drinks orders and carried them to you. I spoke to him, and he averages 50k steps daily, carrying large trays of drinks and cocktails. Food - The restaurant is spotless, and the staff are so attentive. They always remember the drink they have served you, for eg the same waiter when he seen us arrive directed us to a table, I enjoy red wine my friend white and he always had a glass ready for us without request and replaced well before it needed to be! Breakfast - cooked to order was poached and fried eggs and also omlettes made to your request while you wait. Also scrambled and boiled eggs in the buffet with beans, mushrooms, fried potato, and always lots of other bits , including cold meats and cheeses. Times 6am -10am Lunch was quite similar to dinner.
