SUPERB HOTEL!!!! This is our second trip to Green Nature Diamond and its great as expected! Food - after trip to Egypt, food in this hotel is paradise on the plate! Rooms - clean and tidy. Entertainment - lovely animation team. Always entertaining and willing to help if you have a problem. Special mention ALISA and KRISTINA! These girls are awesome! Also SUE, JEM, MUZIS, CHAVA! Oi,oi,oi! Best hotel in Marmaris.

Just returned from the best week at Green Nature. We went as a family of 20 (adults, teens and a baby) and every single person had the most amazing stay. Rooms are spotless, cleaned daily and fridge is also restocked daily with water and juices. Most comfortable beds everyone slept well and air con workes great! The food on offer is the best all inclusive selection we have ever seen and everyone was catered for, all our family always found something tasty to eat and all satisfied with the meals. Pool was great with plenty of loungers we never found any issues getting loungers in the morning and if we went down later staff always on hand to help find beds to accomodate you. Doctor in hotel was also fab our granddaughter took unwell and had to go to hospital, doctor arranged everything for us and she was back in no time with some antibiotics so we could continue our holiday. Beach at the back of hotel was clean and plenty of loungers around. Supermarket across the road and shops, restaurants and bars all located around and near hotel. All inclusive drinks were great you get your regular selection of beer, spirits etc but also lots of delicious cocktails and some bar staff even made up some off menu cocktails for us which was greatly appreciated. In all this hotel caters to your every needs, spotless throughout, helpful and attentive staff. Could not recommend this hotel more and we are currently in the process of booking our next stay here.

The only reason this was not given full marks was because we felt let down when we found out after entering our room that there are no irons provided. The resort does have an ironing/laundry service however this all is at an additional charge . The selection of food each day was plenty and the quality of food was also good. The waiter staff were quick and efficient. We also used the onsite spa where we had a hammam experience booked. The two eastern Asian girls were very good throughout the whole trea**ents that we had booked. The reception staff at the spa were also helpful with our young children while we used the facilities. I would definitely recommend this resort to families who want a good holiday experience.

It was a great experience and people were so nice there. I loved that the rooms were clean, the entertainment was excellent, the food was very good and the shows were amazing.all the best for the team . I strongly recommend for everyone. See you next time.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Like most hotels there are things it can improve on but overall a great experience. Pros: - absolutely spotless hotel. Very immaculate. - the cakes deserve a special mention. They were amazing. - the entertainment team were all great - Chavo, Kristina, Sue, Jem, Alisha and Moses. They were all extremely friendly and never stopped all day in trying to make it the best possible holiday for everyone. A special mention to Chavo who was the most friendliest chap with a loveable, cheeky side. Cons: - I have coeliac disease and unfortunately on the first morning of the holiday I was glutened. I was told they had made me a special gluten free breakfast but it had gluten in it. I spent several hours on the first day being sick. Not a great start to the holiday. Nothing is labelled in the canteen, so extremely difficult if you have allergies. I was given a late check out as re-compense but I would rather have not spent the first day ill. - the food got a little boring as the week went on. It was the same most days. There was one day when they had Mexican food and it was amazing but the rest of the time it was a little boring and not very warm. - the outdoor space is limited. There are two pools and access to the beach but not a huge amount of space. I think this is probably true of all the hotels in Marmaris. - if you do not have a sea view or side sea view room, you will end up with a room on the roadside. It is a busy road and very noisy. This is not clear when booking. We upgraded when we got here. - the fridge in the room is really loud. It was difficult to get to sleep the first night.

Horrible experience, Avoid - Ended up in hospital with food poisoning. I visited this hotel from 31st October - 13th November 2023 with my wife and young daughter. Such a disappointing stay unfortunately as I got food poisoning from the hotel food, not once but twice over the course of the 2 week stay. My wife also got it on the last day and threw up 8 times over the course of 12 hours. My first food poisoning episode came on the 4th day where the hotel doctor called for a car from the hospital. This was following a few days of extreme sickness and stomach upset. I had to stay overnight in Ahu Hospital and was given 5x drips over the course of 2 days. I was then sent back to the hotel and recovered within around 5 days of resting in the room. This struck again on the day before we were due to come home. My wife started throwing up excessively. Then within a few hours I was bad too. We had to fly home both ill with our young daughter which was horrible. I spoke to management about these issues but unfortunately they couldn’t care less. I must add that the only food we ate was in the hotel. When you book to stay at a hotel, you put your trust in it and the staff. The hotel have abused this trust. The stress and anxiety it causes to have to be sent to hospital as a result of negligence is unforgivable. Other than this, the hotel is modern, rooms are nice and spacious, restaurant staff friendly. BUT please please please do not put your health at risk visiting a place like this. There are plenty of other resorts in Marmaris that I have stayed at with no faults.

This hotel is amazing the entertainment staff are great, newby Kristina is lovely, all Jem, Muses, Chavo, Alisa, Sue. Food is great don't have to fight for sunbeds. Extremely clean. Beautiful landscapes around, Very friendly staff, Well worth a visit

Great entertainment staff. Lovely vibe. Accommodates to all people and families. So helpful and do there best do enhance your experience. Have booked to come again next year! Entertainment team are the most incredible team (SUE MOSES JEM CHOVO CHRISTINA) I HAVE BEEN ON MANY TRIPS BUT I HAVE NEVER SEEN A AS FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS POSITIVE AS THE TEAM AT THIS HOTEL. MY NEXT VISIT WILL BE ENTIRELY FOR THIS TEAM I LOVE YOU GUYS 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰

Hotel is getting old. The bar staff can be bit more kind. However, the entertainment team is amazing and they are very professional and kind. Sue, moses chovo jem christina. The best team I have seen. They work very hard and very enthusiastic.
