Be Live Experience Marrakech Palmeraie - All Inclusive

This is a great hotel to stay at. The rooms and facilities are very clean and the staff are extremely friendly and attentive. I loved staying here and will definitely be returning. The staff Smiley and Pitcho made it a really fun place to be. There was a variety of traditional and international food to choose from. The hotel is away from the Medina but there is everything you need here and a regular shuttle service to and from the Medina.

Hotel simpático, que correspondeu às expectativas. Localizado fora do centro de Marrakech, numa zona isolada, mas com transfers diários gratuitos. Empregados simpáticos e atenciosos. Quarto agradável. Comida com qualidade e variedade, superior a alguns outros tudo incluído. Bebidas boas às refeições, cocktails fracos, quase sem álcool. Animadores atenciosos, com bastantes atividades durante o dia, mas animação fraca à noite.

Lovely break away for five nights, great food and entertainment and the limoncello cocktails and banana liquor drinks were fab! Shout out to Youssef and Salah in the lobby bar who were great to us and always so friendly, and of course to Pitcho who was always so lovely and collaborated with us on the karaoke! Not sure the DJs name but he was brilliant too, and Kamil in the hotel shop was also very friendly. The free shuttle into the city drops you off right by the busy square and of course the city is fab with all the hustle and hustle.

We are a family of four, 2 adults and 2 children ages 3 and 8 and we loved our week's holiday here. We stayed over new years eve and also for my daughters 3rd birthday. Both events were so special because of how hard the staff work here. The new years eve party was a huge event which we didn't expect and we felt incredibly lucky to be there for it. It had a great show, wonderful meal and celebrations were really memorable. For my daughters 3rd birthday they also arranged a cake and sang to her in the restaurant. Again very special. The entertainment team work so hard to make sure everyone feels like they can get involved in activities. It's not normally something I get involved in but I did everything from darts to archery to karaoke. My daughters loved mini disco with the dances each night. My eldest daughter still misses Sia and loved her Arabic lesson from her which she will be talking about in school this week. Despite being low season, there was some form of entertainment every night as well as the activities in the day. The food was so lovely. I now love tagine but they also had a balance of some more plain foods. Also had a kids section. One of the waiter's Tariq became a firm favourite of my 3yr old. He made sure she had everything she needed and made her laugh. He looked after us so well each morning and lunchtime and became a focus for my daughter... looking for her "best friend". All the waiter's and waitresses were great. The time of year meant it was too cold to take advantage of what looks like an amazing splash park. But the outdoor heated pool meant the kids swam everyday so a huge plus for a winter holiday. We stayed in a duplex and we couldn't believe the space. It felt luxurious to us. Lovely layout. Lastly I thought it worth a mention about an experience we had on our last day. My eldest daughter fell ill on the morning of our check out. The waiter's and waitresses saw me trying to help her outside and came to offer help. They cooled down my daughter's face and took us to the on site Infirmary to see the nurse. The nurse was very good and after assessing my daughter offered us a doctors call out as it was likely my daughter had an infection and needed antibiotics. She confirmed the cost so we didnt have to wonder or worry. It was around £45. The doctor was called and arrived within minutes. She had Bronchitis and needed antibiotics as well as some other meds for her symptoms. It was a Sunday and the hotels customer liaison officer quickly arranged for a taxi to collect the prescription for us. The cost was only around £18 including the taxi and the meds. We felt so looked after and very lucky that the hotel had the facility like that on site with the ability to call a doctor. The hotel also extended our check out time at no cost given what had happened that morning. The staff also all continued to ask and check on her until we left. All in all it's a wonderful hotel and I looked forward to seeing many of the staff

Booked this extremely late and opted for a pool view. Arrived around 12 and had to wait until 3 for the room, which was a bit sad really as we were only here for 3 days. Rooms were nice and the shower was fantastic. All the staff work very hard and are really nice and helpful. Food was very good, especially liked the outside pool snack bar, where you could get pizza, panini or salads. The drinks were good and the service was always excellent. Main buffet restaurant was good with plenty of choice, although not having a sweet tooth, i would have loved some cheese and biscuits , however breakfast was very limited and the queue for the eggs or omelettes was sometimes too long to wait. I’m not in to entertainment and the loudness of the games in the pool or the afternoon music was too much for my liking! I’ve previously stayed at the Riu and iberostar, so comparing is easy. I thought the reception was so long winded on check in and out, our text had arrived and we waited for 30 mins while the maid confirmed that we hadn’t broken anything and could have our deposit back. Never experienced anything like this before but if it works then fine. Safes in rooms are free which was a plus. Overall i enjoyed the short stay but probably would prefer the Be Live Adults Only. Shout out to Halim, omar and mustpha who were so good at their job and were always so friendly.

Such a relaxing holiday we had here felt like home! we enjoyed it. The Food ,Services, shuttle bus to city centre and Rooms were clean and modern. The Entertainment team were brilliant Sia, Pitcho, Chinwi, Smiley got us engaged in all the games and activities! Fun! The staffs were brilliant and really friendly! The reception is 24*7 and very helpful! You got a 24*7 money exchange too! Will be coming back for sure!!
