Great that there is a restaurant and bar but the noise in hallways was s very loud-the doors in the rooms have no insulation and you can actually see light streaming through. People/children congregate in the hallways and it is very loud

Fine room but unaccomidating staff. We requested a late check- out but we’re denied. First time that has happened to me in 50 years.

Check in was supposed to be at 3pm. Was early arrived at 2:37pm, understandably was told to come back at 3pm. Came back at 302pm. Room was still not ready told give them another 15 minutes. Sat outside room finally just interrupted maid at 325 pm and just entered room so she left. Disappointed because was on tight schedule and lost out on valuable time with family due to delayed check in. Very disappointed

Had a 1st floor room, area of floor around window was soaking wet from 24 hour rain water seeping into the room from apparent/obvious drainage issues.

We got in later than expected and they had our reservation ready for us to check in. We had a slight problem with our room and the staff worked with us to resolve the issue quickly. They had pretty good breakfast options the morning we checked out.

Check in was supposed to be 2:00. Got there at 2:15. Room wasn’t ready. Had a wedding at 3:30 to get ready for. Still wasn’t ready at 3:00. Had to change in the bar bathroom for said wedding.

Not the problem of the staff but at 1 am in the morning several people in the next room were apparently partying and extremely loud. I realize there aren’t official quiet hours but it would have been nice if they had a room for those of us trying to actually sleep.
