酒店地處的地方真的很安靜，但也真心出行不方便，出門完全靠taxi，不是自駕遊的話，還是慎重選擇。不過酒店確實挺雅緻的，房間也算得上大氣，雖然設施有點陳舊了，但房間還是不錯的，特別都配有小陽台，又面朝游泳池，挺不錯的，早餐有點簡單，但東西挺好吃的。

Estuvimos de un martes a domingo, el tratodel personal lo compensó un poco y por esa parte no hubo problema, el inconveniente fue el estado de las instalaciones y el apartamento que me asignaron cuya terraza estaba con las paredes un boquete, la mesa comida del sol al igual que las anillas y no te daban ganas de estar. En fotos parece más moderno y no es así, yo me llevé una decepción por esa parte por eso no volvería a repetir. Lo siento

Very nice and clean. Also peaceful during the week but gets busier on a Friday evening and Saturday. Nice food - drinks a little pricey for the measures. Lovely colours all the buildings painted pretty colours - it reminds me of St Lucia - annoying though that with bikes you have to go all the way through reception before 4pm

Great place to stay. The area wasn't that busy as we were there the week before the UK School Holiday. The Pool Bar was OK, we only used it for Breakfast and evening drinks as we travel around the Island though the day....nice to have evening drinks without having to drive. only one bad thing....was the sofa....it creeked alot when using it. Yes we would stay there again.

Club Vista Serena is a lovely small quaint place to stay. The apartments are lovely, spacious and always kept clean. The surroundings are gorgeous with all the flowers! The complex is lovely, pool clean and great, pool bar excellent and all the staff amazing nothing was too much trouble!! They really do try to aim to please!! This place is not close to the beach in fact depending on which way you go around 3 miles walk from the beach, but we didn’t mind as we enjoyed the walk everyday which is good for you!! But you can ask the lovely reception staff to get you a taxi or go to the bus stop which is not far away! The bed was nice and I do like a firm bed but this was very firm with no give!! I can’t have the air-con on at night so had the windows open but outside shutters closed which meant there was noise from the road and sometimes youngsters getting back for partying!! Other than that a lovely place to stay and explore Maspalomas & all!! Would stay again!!

We had 2 bungalows in this lovely complex for a week. It's really well maintained and all the staff are very friendly & helpful. Rooms cleaned & towels changed often. It's an hours walk to the beach & bus stops & taxis readily available. A lovely week in the sun would be happy to come back.

We was staying here in mars/april. Family of 4 with children at 8 and 17. We arrived the hotel at 21.00 at night. The reception was closed. Our taxi driver helped us contact the staff at the pool bar. So we godt the keys to the room from them. We we entered the room it was not made ready for 4 persons. The sofabed was not with linen and pollows. We contacted the pool bar and they tried to contact the hotel. They said contact us tomorrow. Luckily the girl at the pool bar gave us some linen to the sofa bed. The sofa bad was also broken. One of our children needed sleep on the broken part at the floor. Next day we complained at the reception. We wanted to change hotel. But the no wanted us to do that. We was offered another hotelroom. It looked just the same as the first room. But here the sofabed was not broken. We looked that they had repaird it many times. There are also rules that you need to pay 20 euros if you loose the keycard.! There are no beachtowels include in the price. You can buy or rent at the reception.! Children are the same as adult at the age of 12. Our booking site was allowed us to make the reservation. But they was not happy at the reception that our 17 years old children was sleeping in a sofa bed..... The pool was freezing cold. It was so sad because our youngest child love to swim. She was only swim a little and later just prefered to no swim at all. There were ants in the room and bathroom. We had our food in plastic bags. We found also cockrouch in the bathroom. There were no soap and shampoo. So this you need buy at the store... You need to wash yourself what you use in the kitchen. The washing staff came all the time to wash when we was eating breakfast. You can buy breakfast at the hotel and it is served at the pool area. Breakfast was from a menu. Not from a buffet. The pool bar take "siesta"/closing in the middle of the day for some hours. The day we was going to travel back home we asked for late checkout. It was possible if you pay. We wanted to pay for late checkout. But we was not allowed to do it anyway. The hotel looks okay outside. But the rooms are poor. Not up to date. Slow wifi. Will not recommend for families to stay at this hotel.

We have been coming here since 2016 and the cleaners always welcome us with a hug and a big smile - Amelia, lily Christian and Paula are vista serena biggest asset - added to this year with Stefan’s jokes - it is a very quiet resort perfect for those who want to chill - you can get to holiday world in 5 minutes or busy places in a cheap taxi - great place to recharge the batteries - until next time - Salut - Noruc Noruc!!
