did not open the gate to the car park for disabled person altough free parking spots were available.had to park the car far away and carry the luggage far to the hotel.after complaining the german manger want to return me my pre payment and throw me out what he finally not did.thank you so much for the warm welcome

Hotel stay was great. Got a free half hour spa visit and free drinks at mealtimes. WiFi was good too and could also get bicycles for no payment. Entertainment was good. Only downside was people leaving towels on loungers for hours when eating etc. And could get a lounger for ourselves

Really good location, food, rooms, facilities and friendly staff. Impressive terraces and swimming pools. The only issue was the temperature was too warm in some part of the dining room especially during lunch time.

A great hotel facility in a wonderful beachfront location combined with excellent staff service. We would be very pleased to return for another stay! That said though, several areas for improvement: more on site parking or arrangements for off site parking , repair and make operable the shower at the beachfront entry and possibly offer to hotel guests (at a reasonable price) recreational equipment for water sports such small surf boards, paddle boards and small sail boats.

My boyfriend took me for my birthday. We watched the sunrise. Staff was friendly and it was clean. We enjoyed nearby restaurants and shops as well as visiting kitty hawk park. Saw Bodie lighthouse went sailing saw pelicans crabs a bear and dolphins.

The F&B along with the service was first class. Great pools and bars also they have a chiringuito bar on the beach which is excellent. I took the full board option although these also have other restaurants like the Japenese and one called El Barco that’s really great for lunch. I will be back - amazing hotel.

Amazing service, food and views. It doesn't get better than this in the south of Spain. The have the best buffet options I've ever seen. The room was super clean and comfortable. Receptionists were very helpful. Highly recommended

EXCELENTE EXPERIENCIA. Desde que llegas al hotel(entrada, recepción,hall, instalaciones) hasta que llegas a la habitación. En mi caso 453 de gran tamaño, colchón estilo látex expectacular,así como las almohadas. Las bebidas del minibar cortesía del hotel. Dispone de dos piscinas,varias zonas de relax y hamacas en playa(pago aparte). Genial gym,bicis 2 h gratis,spa bueno incluido en el precio(traer gorro y chanclas) . El desayuno buffet imperial,con zumo de naranja natural recién exprimido. En definitiva SUPERIOR TODO.
